a. r.Initially pretty disappointed that Marshall do not supply replacement batteries for my Bluetooth speaker purchased from GA. IMHO if a manufacturer wants to sell to NZ customers, they should provide replacement parts like batteries in NZ. However as Gary pointed out, its not a perfect world, and he has made up for it by doing me a very good deal on a new BT speaker so all's well that ends well I guess :-)
