M.There was an error in the colour of the drum kit I had ordered - while it was the distributor's error, Jacob and Jason were really understanding. They were sincere and sympathetic and more importantly came up with a very good solution. Great service. I'm now a customer for life.

I saw this $600 legacy drum set I thought it looked pretty cool so I had to give it a go, there was no drum sticks when I had my kit at home but, went back there and got some sticks and a cowbell for fun… good staff absolute legends 🤘🏻

S.Recently bought a guitar from the Dunedin Rock shop. It took a few trips to the store, to try it out. Was a bit of money, but Sam was very patient with me. Setting me up with a decent amp to play through and leaving me to it. A big thanks to Sam, Jake and the team at the shop. And my gat kicks arse!
