P.I have bought some excellent speakers from this guy, and he is a pleasure to do business with, very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Great place to go if you're interested in hifi.
S.The advice and service I have experience while under the care of Good Hi-Fi has been great. The owner is clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does, and gives really good advice without trying to up-sell you. The reason I have to leave a 4 out of 5 star review, is that the owner is very very difficult to get a hold of. I rarely got any updates without having to chase up my repair several times. Phone calls are not answered during the stated opening hours and the shop itself is often closed during these times. Perhaps an appointment-only model might be more appropriate? Overall, he was the only one that could help me and in his company I got some great advice and my speakers have been revived and they sound absolutely amazing. Definitely recommended!
