Great advice, great service, outstanding attention to detail. Kenny has maintained and modified many guitars for me - Gibson's, Epiphones, Tele's, Strat's, Ibanez, and 2 PRS'. If you want your guitars to sound as good as they can, you should give them to Kenny.

I have owned my 1975 Fender P Bass from new. It’s had nothing done to it since then, and it needed some real TLC. I left it with Kenny, and he did a brilliant job. He fixed a tricky issue with the neck alignment, sorted out the frets, and gave the electronics the once over. Then we added a new set of strings and she plays like a new one. I highly recommend Kenny. He is a true craftsman and a great guy to chew the fat with.

I've had Kenny do work on all of my guitars and every time I get them back they play amazingly. He is incredibly responsive and helpful in communications, follows up afterwards to check everything's just right, and the quality of his work is top notch.

Kenny has now worked on two of my bass guitars and I'm completely satisfied with the results - here is my last email to Kenny; Mate, she arrived safe and sound yesterday morning and woo yeah, that's what I'm talking about!! You've done a beautiful job on the neck, it feels incredible and is a massive improvement. The setup is much more even across the strings too, the tone is more consistent from string to string and I find myself using less effort to play my favourite lines, plus it sounds better, so I'm doubly happy! All up, your superb work will mean I'm going to play and enjoy this bass more than I did which will make my goal of playing out again even more achievable - thanks mate, I really appreciate it.

My 41 year old Ibanez was long overdue for some TLC. After Kenny conducted his detailed assessment there were a few things to do including a re-fret. Not what anyone wants to hear, but Kenny gave me a great deal for the amount of work required. And man was it worth it! I just thought it was my sloppy technique that was the issue and didn't realise how bad the frets/set up was. Kenny's workmanship is top notch. Playing beautifully installed frets on a familiar 'lived in' neck has transformed this axe dramatically. This is the third guitar that Kenny has sorted for me and I have no reason to go anywhere else. Do yourself a favour and send your guitars here. Also as I live in the lower NI, Kenny's shipping service works a treat. Thanks Kenny!

Kenny recently put together a custom Strat from parts that he supplied plus some that I had already. The result was fabulous and the guitar was able to be gigged immediately straight out of the case with no adjustments required . In fact it plays beautifully and sounds great. Good communication from Kenny ensured that what I had wanted was delivered. Shipping was reasonably prompt and the package was in perfect condition upon arrival, however they did not communicate the arrival of the package at their depot as instructed, a minor problem that was quickly sorted.

Kenny upgraded the bridge in my strat, dressed the frets and setup. He took the time to talk me through upstage suggestions which I appreciated. Amazing tonal difference and playability beyond my guitar level! Freight service was good and opening the case to see the way my strat was lovingly packaged was a real treat, made it just that much more special. Great stuff Kenny!

Kenny built me a guitar 5 years ago and then recently set it up again and re-did the frets. I won’t go anywhere else now. He is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly to deal with, he allowed me to pay him in instalments over a few weeks too. There are guitar set ups and then there are set ups by Kenny Duncan, worlds apart this guy know guitars. Can’t recommend enough. Thanks again Kenny.
