Extremely helpful & knowledgeable staff. I went with a small shopping list from my Son. Staff helped me find items, one item was out of stock, they offered an alternative that was cheaper than the original. I walked out with everything in my list and even SAVED some $$$ = RESULT!!! Thanks Rockshop awesome service & staff!!! :)

really happy with the service I got on my last few purchases from these guys especially today when there was just one person running the shop and had to do a one person at a time basis, which meant we had to wait outside to be let in but that was all good.

Highly recommended I took my guitar here for repairs have you guys seen it, it was stolen it's an original Kimbara guitar 6 strings and I'm sure you you guys would have it on your cameras when I brought it in and thank you to the guy that fix it for me

This is the third visit in this shop and we like it due to the variety of items and the helpful staff. We bought guitars for our 2 sons, along with accessories. They have an extensive collection of musical instruments, from very beginners to professionals. Prices are competitive and eventually there are good sales inside. It is well located within CBD, easy to park and open on Saturdays. Worth the visit!

The service is getting better but still not that great. Stood in line with another guy for almost 3 minutes while one of the staff were just casually looking for stock to top up. He eventually noticed us and came to serve. Great service last time I went in though and I was able to get a couple of demo's before I purchased my product and was even upselled. Bit hit and miss on the service side though, depending who's on. Decent pricing.

Recently brought an electric guitar and amp from them. Had a few problems with the guitar so took it back and they were more than happy to help me out. They sorted all issues I had with my instrument and offered some of the best service I've seen in the last few years. In my opinion more shops need to have good service like the Rockshop. I highly recommend anyone to go there.

Had to wait a little while to get assistance but they did apologise, saying they were short staffed. Very helpful with advice for my son who was buying a guitar, amps and a few other items. Good price. Huge range. Will no doubt be a return customer!!

What an awesome place! The variety of instruments, so beautiful. I want to play them all! Such great staff, the chap that served me was candid that percussion was his passion but he could certainly strum a guitar. When I want to connect with people who know what they're talking about, this is my go-to place. It's like an audiophile or musicians toy shop. Sure there are bigger shops in the larger cities, but why put up with the traffic when you don't have to.

My husband and I visited your store as we were looking for a piano for our little girl who had just started piano lessons. We had no idea what size or brand to go for. The young guy that served us was polite, very knowledgable and shared with us that he had grown up playing the piano both having lessons and being self taught. He said that with our little learning to play the piano will open other opportunities for her to play other instruments. He showed us a variety of pianos and went into detail about each one. We so appreciated his knowledge base and friendly manner that we decided to spoil our girl with a Kawai piano. She loves it...Thanks TRS..keep up the awesome work.
