Ordered the JB2 package. Very impressed at the quality and at what has come in the package. Tuner came in crushed sadly but the sales team sent a new one out with no issue. My LSPSNT Natural Small Body Acoustic Guitar has just arrived after a long delay (Stupid Covid!!) but MAN was it worth the wait!! What an absolutely stunning guitar! I can't believe that for the price I paid I received an instrument worth at LEAST 3 times more! I am blown away and completely in love with this guitar. It sounds like heaven!! REALLY recommend these guitars. It's hard to know what you're getting with an exclusively online shop but after reading the reviews and watching the demo of the guitar on their website, I was quietly confident it wouldn't be awful at least! But I even more surprised now that I have it in my hands!! Just stunning. Simply sublime. Thank you so much Artist Guitars!!

Bought a TC59 during NZ lock down - obviously delivery took a little longer than usual but the team at Artist offered exceptional customer service and kept me up to date all through the process. The guitar itself is great - like others I was wary of buying unseen/played and for the price didn't know what to expect. The guitar is solid, sounds great, has very good action and a nice neck. Only had it a day so looking forward to finding more things to like about it! Artist also have very nice leads and mic cables. Overall an excellent company with excellent products and excellent customer service.
