G.I contacted the team for installing a parking camera after reading the good reviews in Google Map. The quote was within budget so I made an appointment for installation. When I handed over my car to the workshop boys, I was recommended to try a better and cheaper solution. It has turned out to be excellent. I recommend Abtec to all car owners.

L.We were there to buy pioneer speakers but do not hold stock for this brand. We couldnt wait and bought another brand in store. Sales associate readily gave discount when asked as we bought 2 pairs. Morale of the story ask for discount and you never know if you get it. ;)
N.In October 2020 - I had a stereo and reverse camera installed, the guy at the main desk was very unprofessional, rude and quiet sloppy. Never stood up from his chair just sat down leaning back and not really taking much notice of anyone in the store.
However when i returned today (January 2021) i was greeted by two lovely ladies who had a tech take a look at something for me (he was very helpful and friendly), they were very lovely to talk to, both ladies (One named Georgia) standing up and welcoming everyone as they walked through the door, they made my second experience coming here a really good one. Thank you ☺

There was no sales pressure but Courtney's knowledge and helpfulness made it an easy choice for us.
A technician also checked our vehicle for fitting arrangements and like Courtney he was friendly knowledgeable and helpful. They are passionate and happy in their work and it shows to their customers.

P.Abtec were excellent. My rear speakers were not working in my Ford Focus. Abtec ran diagnostic tests and confirmed the speakers to be the problem rather than the wiring or head unit. They replaced the speakers with a reasonably price alternative. Their speed and and experience in fitting is excellent.
S.If you want anything audio, check out Abtec in Alicetown. Car, home, personal. Fantastic knowledgable service, great quality products. Really impressed that they listened to what I was after & gave me options. Rather than selling me what they wanted me to purchase. Appreciated Angus taking time out to explain things to me & let me try different headphones. Highly recommend.

Since I needed the car the next day for a trip, the team came in at 7am to complete the work so I could be on the road by nine. Pretty unbelievable. Thank you again. S.I came in last week and got a Sub, Amp and Head unit installed in my VW Golf. I don't know much about cars but the guys in the showroom explained everything in detail to me and advised what was best for my car considering how much I wanted to spend and what features I wanted. After that I walked over to the work shop booked it in and when I returned they walked me into a home audio lounge were I waited watching Netflix. They also updated my iPhone for free so I could use the Bluetooth on my new head unit. 5 stars for these guys! 100% for customer service also! not to mention I now love driving my car!!!
