I buy two guitar, some stomp boxes and orange amp from the Rockshop, They are really helpful and friendly and they ordered in my Jackson king v, I go to The Rockshop ever Monday and Thursday. Jesse setup my Jackson king V for full C Tuning, the string gauge is Ernie Ball Not Even Slinky 012 to 056 so I can play Sludge Doom. Ltd EC-10 guitar got fix by Chris and Jesse at Rockshop, they did good at fix my Ltd EC-10 and Ltd EC-10 sound amazing

This place is great. I have been there a few times and I have been helped by Yumi, Jesse, and Diana. They were able to give me excellent advice on different products, tell me about the good and bad, give comparisons on the functions and usability, help me find what was best for what I needed, give their own personal preferences, and were wonderfully friendly people. This is a really great place to go for all musical needs with a great range for all levels.

Thank you Diana for fixing our Roland keyboard that was showing an error that I couldn't find any help on the web. Diana spent about 15 mins of her time to track down the issue and fixed the keyboard! Amazing customer service and going out of the way to help out! Thanks Diana!

Went to buy a drum kit and was served by Diana who was really helpful and friendly. She gave plenty of options to choose from and wasn't pushy at all about buying something right then and there. They ordered in the drums that I chose. She was happy to stay overtime to assemble the drums and even gave bubble wrap for the car ride home. Great service.

I got my first guitar from Rockshop in Akl and every rock shop I go to really awes me with their musician staff. Even here in Welly. They're all pros and experienced and very helpful. Not really there to make money but to give the best service. Love it!

Diana and her team at the Rock Shop Hutt City really know how to look after their customers. I bought a medium priced guitar from them recently and discovered some cosmetic manufacturing defects after having it at home for around a week. Working with their distribution manager, they quickly organised for all of the other models to be brought into the shop so I could choose a replacement. All sorted now and can't speak highly enough of their service. It's the putting right that counts- thanks team!

Wonderful service. The person that served us was really good. Showed us how the pedal for the bass guitar worked snd spoke to our 12 yyear old granddaughter who we were buying the iem for. Keep up the good service Lois Frew

I parked outside for 30 mins. Helped an old guy change his flat tyre, the window displays are lovely, but the only instrument I can play, I was born with.

Great shop and staff, i'm just a beginner guitar player and was very happy with knowledge of staff. Was shown great gear to learn on and was very affordable.

Our young daughter been wanting a keyboard for a while now so popped in. Was served by Andrew and was extremely helpful and patient with our daughter even when she also wanted a guitar too. Settled on a great keyboard and accessories for her and she was playing for hours when we got home. Thanks!

Always very obliging! I happily acquired an Aulos tenor recorder but it felt much longer and taxed my somewhat shortfingered hands. However I have a longfingered pupil who may cope with it nicely!!

Great service from Martin and the boys at Rockshop Hutt City. He went out of his way to accommodate my deadline. Really happy man, it sounds great. I could've bought this gear elsewhere for a touch less but I'm happy to spend a little extra to ensure we have a brick and mortar outlet so close to home. Cheers guys.

I researched my options for my first electric guitar as I was on a tightish budget and dropped by Rockshop in Lower Hutt to see if they could help me out. I was served by Lockie who turned out to be absolutely great! No sales pressure, just answered all my questions and helped me go through several guitars until I settled on the one I liked best. He was patient, professional and since he's a guitar player himself, gave me some very good advice. He helped me choose an amplifier to suit my guitar as well. Friendly, professional staff- plus they threw in a complimentary soft case for my guitar, shoulder strap, quality cable and picks so I was within my budget. Fantastic experience buying from them. I would definitely recommend them. I've set up the amp, and had my first lesson playing it and I must say I am extremely happy with my first electric guitar- superb quality and sound. A very happy customer - thank you Rockshop!

Wicked staff with plenty of knowledge. One of only two places I'll go for music supplies and advice. Definitely worth a trip in.

My go to for anything music related. I have been a loyal customer for 10 years. Staff are musicians and will not hesitate to impart some of their musical knowledge to the customer.

Awesome service from the guys at the Hutt City Rockshop. They helped me choose my product and were very knowledgeable of all the equipment. I definitely reccomend this store, and am extremely happy with its staff service and overall product selection.

Bought the wrong cables online and they gave me a replacement as a one off even though I had no packaging so they could not resell it. Staff are very nice and helpful.

Didn't have what was after, however the staff were friendly, let us looks around and we're there if we wanted any help. Told us what stores had stock, offering to order in or organise delivery if needed.

The guy who helped was really nice. An hour ana a half before I went there I called up to check if there was a certain item in stock, and he said yes and he put it around the back for me so that when I went in I just said my name and he got it out for me.

My Wife and 3 year old visited the store today and we got the best service from Martin, he was very helpful and we ended up getting something I needed and our little one got a Ukulele on her first ever trip to a music store, she loved it in there and Martin also gave us a nice discount and threw in some RCA's for free, would highly recommend this place, I am unsure of the other guys' name but he was terrific with our daughter and her interest in the Ukulele as well.

Has a great range of instruments and lots of accessories. A little bit cramped, but that's to be expected in a store of this type in a place like Lower Hutt. Friendly staff make it a pleasant experience.

This is the place to visit for musical instruments. They have a wide variety and are helpful. Their prices are highly competitive too.
