I brought in a guitar with a Floyd-Rose bridge to be setup, when I got it back it was like a brand new! The cost was more than reasonable and the work excellent. Thank you Justin for saving my guitar from the trash heap! 👍👍👍👍👍

Awesome music store Justin boss man is a top bloke, store packed with so much fantastic gear you will need an hour or 2! Uke school on site too. Def one of the best music stores in the lower North Island, check it out!

GHS Nickel Rocker strings - 009-042 Just fitted a set to my Crafter acoustic - and they feel great! They feel smooth and the sound is bright. I consider these a great alternative to the Ernie Ball Super Slinky strings that I normally use - and I guess I might be trying a set on my strat!

A cool place with a selection of instruments. Experts are in store to talk about what you might need. Instruments range from cheap items for beginners to grand pianos. Also has equipment to support electric guitars, drums etc. First time I've seen an electric ukulele, but I'm here for it.

Legendary service at the music warehouse! They didn’t stock the strap I wanted but they got it within 24 hours with their overnight delivery! These guys take extra care with good service. 10/10 experience.

This is an awesome place to buy any musical equipment you want, Justin the owner was so good, provided us with what we wanted and priced it to suit our budget. Very friendly and knew what he was talking about. Cant recommend him enough.

Feb2021: have heard good things about the place.. Turns out they all true. Found a strap for my uke, and enjoyed watching the crew at work.

The Music warehouse have good range of pianos, the price is reasonble. Andrew and his team worked very hard deliver the piano to our house today, as we had 13 steps before the entrance, and a few more steps inside the lounge. They even helped to relocate our old piano to another room for free! There was an issue I was not very happy about after I made my payment, but Andrew was trying to communicate with me, and trying to help. So, I am a happy customer now, and I would like to come back to get my grand piano here later on. Highly recommand! Do come and check it out before your next piano purchase :)

This was a place i would always drive past and think "i gotta check this place out", after a bit of reading into what products they stock i took a saturday to pop in and have a browse. Justin was very welcoming and did not hesitate to plug me into anything i was looking at which is a big deal for me. After looking around, i found a Cort bass that really caught me off guard in terms of quality. The following week i was back and made the purchase. The whole time Justin and his team were very keen to help me and couldnt ask for better experience. Highly recommend to anyone

We purchased an electric guitar package on the 16th of December then we had an email come saying that it had been shipped from Australia??? Confused I called them to which they replied it's not and that anything ordered by the 18th should be there by xmas but it dependsnot the courier. On the 21st at 0730 it turned up. Amazing customer service amazing customer satisfaction amazing customer experience thank you so much guys and merry Christmas to all. Bless

Nice store. Friendly staff and good service. Updated. I now go along each Wednesday to guitar club, this is a free service Justin runs after hours for experienced players as well as novices like me. Its refreshing to see a local business looking after local folk.

Really nice helpful team, I don't know anything about guitars tbh and they guided me and gave good advice on what was the best bang for my buck for what I was looking for. Would happily use again.

A very affordable music shop that caters to some alternative brands. The instruments are very reasonably priced and there is a huge selection available on hand. The staff are very helpful and suggest options if you have a difficult time choosing or if the item is not available.

Staff are knowledgeable and go out of their way to help you and find the best instrument/product for you. Both my Mum and I have had great service here.

Awesome experience! Walked in to buy a starter electric guitar and amp. Team were really knowledgable, helpful and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. Would highly recommend.

Excellent friendly and helpful staff. Shout out to Greg, who took his time explaining about the difference in guitars, giving examples and generally being good at what he was doing. The layout is great. A big old building, recently strengthened, with pianos upstairs and string, brass and rhythm downstairs.

I organised a present from overseas and Murray gave the most professional and personable service - really going out of his way to deliver the best service and we could not be happier and cannot thank you guys enough. What a great place, huge range of musical instruments with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Ukelele classes are fun, popular and cater to all skill levels. The Music Warehouse is opposite a great coffee shop at Station Village too.
