I've had a really wonderful experience with Xaliman Guitars over the past few weeks. I came to Xaliman with an offer to swap some guitars of mine for one of theirs, and they were both receptive to this idea and very communicative in discussions. I had some anxieties about the guitar I was looking at as the manufacturer had some issues with quality control in the past, and Shae at Xaliman took the time to look over the guitar and accurately reassure me of the items quality. Furthermore, they were open to a litany of suggestions, had plenty of advice, and were willing to accomodate my needs which was a very gracious approach to take. I ended up swapping my guitars elsewhere as I found a different guitar I was most excited for, and even after informing Xaliman late of this decision they were very supportive and excited for me. I would really strongly recommend Xaliman to anyone looking for a great guitar being sold by great people, they were kind, generous with their time and effort, and I was absolutely blown away by their open and willing communication.
