K.This place is our mecca when we come to Palmerston North. Firstly, you are always welcomed with a smile polite request if you need any assistance. Secondly is the knowledge of the staff. They are always available to give unbiased thoughts, views and information around the products and you can tell this knowledge comes from real experience not just reading a product brief. Lastly is the customer service, especially post sales. They are there to address any issues and support you with your new instrument, device or whatever. We happily travel 1.5 hours to come to this shop. It would be quicker to go to Wellington but none of those shops come close to the service and experience you get from these guys. Highly recommend.

A.I've had a few troubles lately first with damaged goods in an online trade, and then theft, but the guys in the rockshop have been exceptionally helpful while I've been trying to sort out replacements/repairs. Good store, good range of gear, excellent staff. Would recommend.

c.purchased an electric drum kit, unfortunately (not a fault of the staff) it was missing a function we needed.

G.I'm a music teacher, and I definitely prefer the Palmerston North Rockshop over other music suppliers in town. Their service, prices, and range are superior. Their stock of books in store isn't great, but I've ordered hundreds of dollars of books through them at better rates than anywhere I could find online. Thanks to James and the boys.
