J.10/10, they deserve more than 5 stars. Went in with next to no knowledge about electronic drum kits, and (Will?) sorted me out. Gave me honest opinions and advice about everything, didn’t give me a hard push to buy anything or extras, gave me a good deal, and had awesome people skills. Both of the workers that day were absolutely brilliant and I’m happy to have given them my money. Cheers guys.

G.I would like to give a huge thanks to Sofia and Pete for their outstanding service and assistance. I went in to purchase my first digital piano with very limited knowledge. They went above and beyond to inform me of everything I needed to know and helped me choose the perfect piano.
Pete delivered my piano on the same day for free and spent an hour helping to set it up and show me all the settings. His genuine love of music and helping others has inspired me to commit to this new musical journey!

J.I spent an enjoyable 90 minutes plus in the shop trying several guitars. All the staff were great but a special shoutout to Sofia who, despite professed inexperience, provided the perfect blend of friendliness, helpful suggestions and information, and unobtrusiveness for a great retail experience. I ended up buying the right guitar at a great price and with free shipping (I live outside Wellington) which proved to be both very prompt and very secure. A.Staff are friendly and helpful. Stock on website doesn't always reflect what's in store so it's best to go and ask in person. They also don't always have such a good selection of certain things like left-handed guitars or the more well-known drum brands. What I have bought from them however, has been great quality.

A.Went in for a nosey and some new guitar strings. The staff were so friendly, up for me trying out guitars with no pressure to but at all, and had a good chin wag about politics. Got a good deal on the strings too!
