Troy met my expectations for a refund after I purchased the wrong product online

Excellent Customer Service Purchased an item which was inadvertently out of stock. I was contacted promptly and offered an alternative (which was also an upgrade) for minimal increase in price which I was more than happy to accept. Overnight delivery from Wellington to Auckland, too. Fantastic!
