P.We enjoyed every moment we were there, celebrated my daughters 11th birthday and all her friends were really excited and enjoyed alot. Party room was nicely decorated with lights and everything, thats the best part of celebrating birthday at Escape HQ. Host Mike was really friendly and very helpful. Will definitely recommend this place to all my families and friends

J.Escape HQ were amazing, I honestly don't fully know what I was expecting. but they went above and beyond my expectations. The puzzles were difficult but not frustratingly so. All of the clues really fit the theme of the room and the automation was really fun. I would absolutely recommend them and would love to go back and do another room. Mike was super lovely and helped heaps ((rock on?!))

The highlight was that the bride to be was given a wee gift which was a lovely touch.
D.We've done a lot of escape rooms, and we really enjoyed the "dark side of the room". The puzzles were challenging and unique, every clue fit into the storyline. This escape room involves a lot more than just locks, which we really appreciated. On top of this, the staff is incredibly accommodating and friendly. From complimentary snacks, to accommodating us when we couldn't find the venue. We highly recommend this escape room!!! (Rock on!)
L.We visited Escape HQ for my daughters 10th birthday. From the moment we walked in the fun was on! We were welcomed and had fun taking photos on the funky couch with all the colourful props. The party room was clean, and well organized with lots of lights to provide a party atmosphere. The host was fun and explained the rules, giving us all instructions before we entered the room. The 10yr old were very excited and loved solving all the clues, they definitely needed the help of the adults but so we all worked together. Well done EscapeHQ we'll be back
T.A very intriguing, interactive and exciting escape room. We did udder madness and i was a little hesitant of the theme, but it was well done. The host was great and pleasant and i will definitely do the other escape room.
H.Really impressed by the quality of the escape room - the complexity, creativity and the theme of the puzzles was impressive. The venue had cool ambiance and Mike the host was very hospitable and allowed us to bring our own birthday cake. Highly recommend!

K.Over the weekend we did the Utterly Grazing room which we loved! We were skeptical at first but, it turned out to be great! Very challenging and having to think outside of the box.

W.Great time for our sons 10th birthday. 3 Adults, 4 kids, and did the udderly graziness. First time in an escape room however certainly not the last one. Thanks for such a fun experience, oh and the adults may have overruled the kids one or more times, possibly ;-)
A.Have done lots of escape rooms and I rate this right up there. Mike was a great host and the room was just the right level of difficulty. We did "Dark Side of the Room" and really enjoyed the theme, puzzles and props. Will definitely be back to do the other room.

N.Great experience at Escape HQ for my daughter's 12th birthday party this weekend. Brilliant communication from time of email enquiry to booking the date with Mike. The group had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the whole escape room atmosphere and vibe. We will be back for my other daughters birthday next year!

R.These escape rooms are awesome. Well set up, very fun and exciting. One of my favorites. Not too easy not too hard, just perfect. Clean, tidy, spacious, cool rooms, quirky, fantastic idea. We had a blast at both Udder Graziness and the Dark Side of the Room, we will absolutely be back. Mike was very friendly and accommodating. Thankyou so very much.
G.We played both the Udder Graziness and The Dark Side rooms in the same day. Really well designed games that are a lot of fun with plenty of challenging puzzles and well thought out themes! Some of the best we have played and definitely our favourites in Hamilton. Recommended!

S.Perplexity is the best escape room I've been to, and I've been to many throughout the North Island and Australia. Perplexity is the only one I have returned to -- I've been there three times and am looking forward to the next room. So much thought has gone into the puzzles and the mechanics of the room are really well done. So impressive. Highly recommended!

A.Great experience! We did Dark Side of the Moon and it was well worth it. Challenging but not frustrating with a very unique concept.
D.Best team building activity I have done so far, enjoyed the thought that goes into making all of the puzzles, the setting was interesting and the staff were pretty cool too. My brain got kicked in to full problem solving mode - 10/10 would get locked in a room again.

C.I have been to many escape rooms all over New Zealand, and although this is the first one I've ever been to, it is still my favorite. They have a variety of different locks, and it really makes you think outside of the box. Definitely recommend!
S.The most fun you can have in Hamilton? First time doing an escape room and was super impressed. Perfect combo between challenging and do-ability. Even the instructional video was entertaining. Highly recommend.

C.For out of the square thinking and working together, it was a great experience. Needed to pull a little harder on some of the items which, had we done it, we would have made it out in time. And the rooms are not that little or confining.

l.A wonderful way to spend 2 hours ..locked in a room with friends and children ...looking for very clever puzzling clues. Use all your senses, logic and knowledge to solve the mystery. Suitable for children. THANKS. well thought out !
L.Very organised. Authentic themed accessories, you feel safe and the clues given when needed were useful without being direct. Just a shame they only have two rooms to choose from.
P.We did the hatder of the two rooms, and it was satisfyingly difficult. We solved everything with a few hints but ran out of time, so it is a definite lateral thinking challenge!

M.Such good value for money. Friendly, patient staff & super clean venue. The party room was well set up for everything, minimal effort required on our part to make the room party ready. The Escape room was fun and challenging for the kids. Very stress free party and everyone had heaps of fun. Thanks team Escape HQ for a fantastic afternoon. 😊
