S.Location was perfect , walking distance to the beach. Room was clean but smelling like paint or something. Booked through Booking.com but didn't meet the expectation for what we paid for one night. It was non AC room which I got to know on the spot but when booked through booking it was saying AC room ( not Bella Vista's fault) the property manager has provided the fan but luckily it was raining that day when we took a stopover in New Plymouth. Safe onsite parking was a good thing especially in the rain.
B.Lovely clean, neat and tidy. The rooms and the whole place. Close to the beach so we went for a lovely walk along the beachfront walkway. There a lots of restaurants nearby. Beds were comfy and the shower soap smells devine.

C.This might just be my favourite motel in NZ - clean, comfortable and well equipped, but best of all is its location. Just a few steps to Monica's Eatery and the Len Lye Gallery, central city and really close to the wonderful waterfront walkway.
R.Best place to stay! Close to town but on a quiet street. Wonderful managers, lovely staff. Exceptionally clean rooms. We got to use the free bikes to ride alone the coastal walkway. We will be back.
S.We did a trip to New Plymouth early this year and we did really enjoyed our stay.
The room that we stayed was number 8, very accessible and breezy (great room for during summer) it was really clean and tidy also really comfortable!
The staff was really friendly and super helpful! He know how to do the business, he even let us borrow his bicycle to ride around the town for free!
So I would highly recommended and definitely we will be back for our next trip!!
N.One thing about Bella Vista motels are that there are usually no surprises and this one was no exception. The property was just being upgraded but there was nothing wrong with the room that we had and we would stay here again. Easy walk to the shore line, the centre of town and has a coffee shop across the road. Has all the amenities that you would require and the bed was so comfortable.

M.These people were amazing I booked last minute on Expedia but booked wrong date and it was a non refundable booking I turned up to book in and realised my error they were so good the only room available was too small for my group so they done everything to ensure I got refunded and kept me in the loop via txt and email I would highly recommend them they were so kind

C.Not a bad place. It has all the ammenities like wifi, tea, and coffee. Also a mini fridge and sink. Tv as well. I didnt get the chance to turn it on. The bed is hard. Also the rooms are dated. It looks and feels like a motel.

A.A lovely 3 day stay in a compact queen unit..all that I needed..in a good location for a short walk down to the waterfront boardwalk and also the shops..even walked to Pukekura Park 😊

At the reception we booked new accommodation in a BellaVista hotel in Rotorua - and in that way it was clearly cheaper than through the booking websites.
We have stayed in 3 different BellaVista hotels where standard, service and personal, friendly service have been at a high level.
Highly recommended.

I receptionen fik vi bestilt ny overnatning i et BellaVista hotel i Rotorua - og på den måde blev det klart billigere end gennem booking hjemmesiderne.
Vi har boet på 3 forskellige BellaVista hoteller hvor standard, service og personlig, venlig betjening har ligget på højt niveau.
