F.Was a lovely comfortable room. Booked a disability room for my parents, dad is in a power chair and couldn't get into the units, first one had a solid wall opposite the door and you couldn't get a decent line up for the door so we got a second room, both rooms didnt have ramps into the rooms and they didnt have anything suitable as a ramp. The only person we saw in two days was a young lady and when I asked for the manager/owner they weren't around. NOT wheelchair friendly access.
R.Nice place to stay. Centrally located. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Great spa. Well stocked small kitchenette. Stayed here before and would again if traveling to the area.
S.Arrived late and office people called to let us know what room we would be in. No complimentary milk left, but there's Supermarkets not far walking distance away.
Had issues with balcony door lock but was sorted efficiently by staff and heat pump had been turned off outside which made for an uncomfortable first night. Decor is aging slightly and utensils are not quite for 4 people staying.
Place is clean and very good location to see popular tourist spots.
A.Love this motel. When we checked in the staff member said you will love this room and we did, from the moment we walked in it was perfect. It had everything we needed and more. If there is a template for a motel room set up this is it, the kitchen set up is perfect, the bed was big and so comfortable the spa bath to relax in and then the 2 lazyboys to sit in and watch TV, and a deck to sit on in the sun **AMAZING**. Location AA++ Town and Pukakura park all in walking distance. Thank you we would definitely stay again

T.Everything was very clean and tidy. The beds were comfortably and the room has a good size. In the kitchen you find everything you need to cook a dinner for four. The bathroom was well equipped. The silicone joints were really dirty, they should renew then as well as decalcify the shower heads
G.I loved it! I stayed here with my sister, my and mum, and my dad. We all had a blast. Its just that the balcony door is jammed and the WiFi a bit choppy but we managed, thanks for the great experience Brougham!
D.Location service and cleanliness. All great. Bit outdated and tired looking but not bad. Wifi is the reason for 1 star loss. It was so bad it should be dial up. I use internet to plan my trip and i had to use my ph as wifi never worked for me. It would start off ok but then.. ...the dreaded buffering :-0 ...but otherwise, i was comfortable and content with everything else.
b.It's in a convenient location and is basically safe and clean but their policy of charging in advance (which I absolutely accept) AND taking credit card details AND charging a $200 bond is unacceptable as a practice. If you think your customers are all criminals and you treat them as such, maybe it's time to try a new industry
S.Parking place is very limited, we have to park on street, same as many other visitors.
S.Excellent location. Large rooms. Reasonable parking. Decor a little tired but good if you don't pay too much for your room. I would stay again.
T.I was really happy with my families experience at this motel. It was central which was definitely a bonus. It was really beneficial the sofa turned into a bed so the teenager could resort there instead of sleeping in our room with a baby. Definitely would recommend and go there again.

S.Nice affordable accommodation in the CBD. Friendly staff and we'll equipped rooms with spa tubs in many. Our room showed minor signs of wear and tear but it was not a bother to us only thing that could be improved is the bed, it has seen better days 😉😉 all in all nothing to worry about and definitely would consider staying again on my next visit to new Plymouth.
R.Good place to stay, only gripe is no locks on the toilet door so you can be left exposed as we had a big group, other than that premises were clean and tidy and central to amenities.
N.My place of choice as it's good value for money, has a great location, off street parking, easy check in/out, all staff are lovely & the room has all you need. There's a couple great restaurants within 2 mins walk. I've stayed at other places (mid range-expensive places) which I've also enjoyed but Brougham just has it all.

really liked it had electric blankets it was a really cold day.

S.Walking-distance close to the centre of New Plymouth. Lots of parking. Comfy bed. Nice staff. Clean. Quiet. Spa bath in the room. I was able to charge my electric car from my room. Great!

M.The room has everything you require. Unfortunately we had a room next to an extremely busy road so the road noise was an issue as was a pump or something that was just outside the door which switches on and off all night.
A.Clean and spacious but with some aging, especially bathroom which was also lacking ventilation. Heat pump in room a plus.
