R.We have stayed here twice previously and is now our go-to accommodation when coming to New Plymouth. It is reasonably priced, rooms are very spacious, impeccably cleaned and the hosts are super friendly and helpful. We love the location so near town and the Coastal walkway. Being able to borrow their bikes is another great feature.
r.You can borrow the bikes for free and the rooms are cleaned each day but the insulation between rooms are quite poor.

Quiet & relaxing during sleeping hours. Well priced. I would definitely stay again. They have restored my faith in accommodation establishments.
I.Super motel. The room was spacious and clean, super friendly staff. Not noisy. Very comfy bed. And good location. I don't have a car and it was fine.
C.We had the Queen studio unit, and it was spacious, comfortable, super clean, and fully equipped with kitchen, the cleaning stuff did a excellent job keeping up this place. Also great location, walk to everywhere to town, grocery shopping, restaurants, beautiful park. The owner is very kind, courteous, making sure your stay 100% satisfied. Highly recommended.
S.Clean room, great space all at a very reasonable price. The cheapest minibar options I have ever seen. $4 for a packet of potato chips....for the biggest packet. Complimentary drink on arrival, very impressed.

L.I regularly stay at Lockwood Manor and always have a positive experience. For me it is the extra touches that make all the difference i.e. the towelling robes and the complimentary red wine on arrival. The rooms are spacious and offer every amenity the business or non-business traveller could wish for.
