D.Traveled to Rotorua for Business last Friday booked into Bella Vista for the weekend, staff greeting was very warm and welcoming, the rooms were presented very well and everyone there was so helpful and pleasant.
The atmosphere, environment and general feeling about the place has left a lasting impression with me & I will definitely stay again.
Thank you to the host, your staff & all the cheerful happy helpful people at Bella Vista Rotorua, You gave my wife & I not only a weekend to remember, but we were also privileged to see the real people of Rotorua
H.The friendly staff and quality of accommodation helped us to extend our stay for 3 nights rather then just the one. So clean and very well presented, top of our list any time we travel to Rotorua now. Thank to the staff at Bella Vista motel Rotorua for your hospitality and making us feel so welcome. S.Easy to access site, great customer service. Rooms were spacious, relaxing and very clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable with lovely linen. Despite being on a very busy road, double glazing made for a very quiet stay. Good grassed area at rear of motel for pet exercise etc. Would totally stay here again.
M.Awesome room for the night, comfy bed, great size bathroom, ice and milk ready to go ๐. Only bad feedback was the shower door was jammed the wrong way so was hard to get in until we fixed it, was a great laugh figuring that out. Lovely friendly guy on the front desk too. Thanks Bella Vista
F.It was a last minute thing, im grateful. I couldn't be stuffed pushbiking what would have been dark in a little while so soon, the neighbours were all smiling , I think thats a good sign. Checking in before we checked it out. I was happy the television was great size. It had more than 4 channels, it was a dream, my baby sat around forlorn, thst is until I made her watch my new dance moves. We all settled in for the night, i watched a double main feature
I stared back at the cyclops unblinking, I made my baby a hot chocolate ๐ซ and for me I had the fish at half 8 or 9 that evening , I drew a hot shower and crashed a soundless sleep. I had the sound off and the pictures on. Just how I like it. Thank you ๐
B.I had an amazing time at Bella Vista, booked a room for 2 but only i turned up and enjoyed my stay. Everything was spotless and easy to find my way around. Town was really close. Forgot the receptionist name but he was a great help as i turned up after my check in closed, great communication, i would recommend it to all. Prenty of car park, no noise too.
D.Very very clean and modern design, stayed in the studio room, which is very appealing and accommodating for our needs. Manager was very helpful and polite ๐ not in the heart of the city, close to all attractions. Room has a view of the lake. Warm and comfortable and affordable.

The staff was friendly on our arrival and we got an upstairs room and I liked seeing the views.
I hope to stay in this motel again in the future when I visit Rotorua as this is my number one favourite motel.
N.Very impressed with our stay . The gentleman at the reception was professional & friendly . We got upgraded to a bigger room for same price as the smaller one we originally booked for. Our room is super clean & has all the essentials. Bed & pillows are very comfortable ! Would definitely stay again . :)
L.I stayed a couple of weeks ago while my husband was in hospital. The location was great, the staff very helpful and shops just across the road. The most important part was a beautifully comfortable bed with crisp linen and a lovely clean room. Thank you Bellavista.
G.Very clean, well appointed & comfortable room. Smelled fresh - not your usual motel room fug! Located near the hospital & Kurau Park. Very handy. We had a compact studio - which included a bathroom. It was bigger than alot of Hotel rooms, & the bed was really comfortable. The only thing I didn't like (& the owners can't help this) was the road noise, which virtually stopped later in the evening anyway.

T.We have stayed before and were very happy, but obviously it's been a couple of very hard years on this tired accommodation. We found it great value for money. My family enjoyed all the facilities including the swimming pools (not heated) and the tennis courts. The staff at reception were friendly and accommodating.
R.It has been an amazing time spent at Vella Vista Motel in Rotorua. The staff Ayush was always willing to and was available for any help we needed. I donโt have to make a second choice when I am visiting Rotorua as Bella Vista is my number one choice.

N.This was a good place to spend the night. The room was good and I appreciated the amenities provided (fan, coffee plunger, etc.) The woman at the office was very friendly abd helpful. We got take away from across the road and enjoyed it in the nice patio area.
R.We had a wonderful one night stay at the Bella Vista Motel - very clean, everything seemed to be new. Not to mention Sue, the host, had been a wonderful host, very polite, knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. Heated blankets for colder nights come as a bonus! Conveniently close location to most of the attractions in Rotorua. We have even been provided with 10% discount vouchers to some of the attractions. Definitely recommend the place
T.In fact Kuirau Park is at walking distance. Stayed in the middle of winter and the room was nice and cosy. The hosts were were very friendly and helpful. Good value even during a busy conference week. I would recommend this motel to anyone from tourists to families and for business travellers.

Only issue is parking. We had to park out on road. As not enough car parks to actually be able to park in the motel .
