Staff were organised and efficient. Booking and allocation were quick even though we were a "walk-in" with no reservation. Super helpful and details (including vaccine passes) were checked off before showing us our tent site. The park was clean, tidy, well staffed and had everything but a pool (being built now). It's a place I've been many times and will continue to frequent as it's a great example of the modern kiwi campground

We had an awesome stay in one of the comfy cute little cabins. The bathroom and kitchen facilities are super accessible and incredibly clean, and there’s lots to do before you even leave the accomodation and head down to the lake. Shout out to the lady who does a great morning coffee! Would absolutely recommend staying here.

A fabulous job has been done by the new owners. Dog friendly Pool and hot pool Brand new showers etc kitchen laundry Movie nights for kids with a great communal area for all to enjoy. A coffee kiosk open daily. Won’t be the cheapest place but will def be one of the best you stay at.

Our family went there for the first time. Super clean units, perfect for families. Kids loved the game room and the movie night! Top it off, a walk away to get nice coffee from the office. Thank you for having us. We will definitely be back! 😊

Spent four nights here, the camp ground is clean and tidy. Staff are very friendly and my children had a great time. Movies, games room, playground and thermal pool (plus more) to entertain children. We will definitely be back.

The motor home/camping spaces are smaller than we thought and closer together but the amenities and standards of this place are excellent. Everything is super clean, tidy and user friendly. It has a dog friendly camping/motor home area. It's a pity the dog park is a bit too far to walk to and they don't have one here but I'm extremely pleased with everything. They have a standard pool, a small thermal one, an outdoor movie area, brilliant bbq and kitchen as well as a tv room and a wonderful tiny coffee shop. Would definitely come here again.

Really nice and good place to stay, good facilities as well. Lots of things to do and see around and there's nice spots to rest and have a coffee along the lake. People are friendly and the stuff is there for you.

A beautifully kept campground with spacious sites. All staff were friendly and helpful. Fabulous amenities including a mini cafe and I will be returning when the pool is finished.

Spotlessly clean kitchen, toilet and great facilities. The pool is newly opened with a little bit of finishing to do, but was in use when we arrived.

Our family stayed in a powered site. We were all impressed. The love and care that has gone into the park was evident as we drove in. Everything was sparkling clean and tidy. We had a friendly welcome with great service. There is even a coffee shop on site. Thank you Taupo top 10, we'll be back 😊

Great park, so peaceful. Cabin freshly renovated, friendly staff, super clean facilities, a coffee shop (yay!) and a fab new lagoon pool being built. Only minus, wish the mineral soaking pool was hotter, just lukewarm. But would def stay here again. Close to everything. Thanks for a great stay!

Expensive to roll in at 7pm for myself and 2 kids @$70 I could have paid $30 more for an Aircon motel unit for the night. However the place is immaculate and these are the rates so it's whoever goes there

This place epitomises why we almost exclusively stay at Top10's while on our summer family roady/wedding circuit. Fun, friendly, uber clean and safe for the kids. We'll be back, thanks team! 🤙

This was the best holiday camp I have ever visited. Stop looking and start booking. The park was modern, super clean and the staff were fantastic. The kitchen facilities are some of the best I've seen, the benches had a mirror finish and the bathrooms were as good as you'd find in a 5 star hotel. It really is a credit to the owners. Well done guys, we will be back for sure.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 19 night stay at this camp and our high expectations were exceeded. We have spent the past 12 years camping at the Taupo Holiday Resort but due to the cost at this camp decided it was time for a change. The Top 10 was very clean and quiet with excellent communal facilities, especially on the cold nights when we could all dine together in the large kitchen/dining area. The games room/lounge was also great place to play cards at night with a group of people. All the staff were very friendly and made you feel very welcome. The sites are nice and private with hedging and the gardens are kept very tidy. The new laundry and bathrooms are lovely. We also had family stay in the cabins and they were very comfortable. We would highly recommend this camp, and believe it is great value. All the best for 2021. We look forward to our next stay!

This is one of the nicest holiday parks I have stayed at with my family. Beautiful and clean, spacious cabins with lots of room as I have 3 children. Great playground for the kids and great facilities. The staff were all so lovely and the owners go above and beyond, nothing was a problem for them if you need something. I will definitely be staying here again, I highly recommend this place, you won't be disappointed. So affordable to. Thank you

Booked a powered site for the campervan--the price is good, facilities outstanding, atmosphere welcoming, customer service helpful and friendly. No complaints. Top 10 offers prices that are similar to competition but what you receive is far better. Thanks for the stay :)

This place is so clean, with great amenities. We love coming back!

We are travelling with our dog( appreciate being able to have him there) but was put further back amongst the permanents, first spot they allocated was next to high fence with barbed wire and the back of commercial buildings so we asked to be moved, not so bad but the nicer parking was closer to the amenities. Positives were the amenities, staff and the plunge pool.

An absolute amazing experience. The staff were great, friendly and helpful. Rooms were beautiful, clean and warm and endless fun had by the kiddies. I couldnt recommend this place enough and can't wait to book our next visit.

good location, clean toilet and shower, laundry and with small play ground. We stayed there for 2 days. The facilities are very good. Kitchen place are spacious with indoor and outdoor tables. It has a small hot pool. The only thing I was not satisfied is There was no top 10 membership discount for the sites since it's not in the system. But it would not be a problem in the future. We got the new site which is not in the system.

Awesome place for the adults to unwind with the playground, plunge pool to keep kids entertained also. Staff are super friendly and the cabin we stayed in was clean beds really comfy. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended 👍 *coffee is top notch! Thank yous - Josh and Phoebe.

We were unaware that our cabin didn’t contain bedding when we arrived and Haylee very kindly gave us extra bedding and towels with no extra charge! Bathrooms were also clean and tidy. Thank you for a great stay!

Really Really nice and friendly beautiful place swimming pool and a hot pool spotless facilities

Room was clean and comfortable. Holiday Park has a code entry gate which meant we could be securely park our trailer in the grounds. Best part by far though, was the ladies working on the front desk, they were friendly, helpful, and generally a breath of fresh air after a long day! Would absolutely stay here again.

We camped here in September 2020 and found the place really lovely. Great kitchen - the bathrooms that had been done up were good, and I'm sure the ones which were in progress will be equally great. Best part was the family bathroom - really well designed for functionality with kids.

Immaculate campground, facilities are well equipped and spotless. Cant wait for the new heated pool - summer 2021.

Very friendly staff but prices are up there. Didn't stay there for that reason. The prices they charge for a standard cabin no toilet or shower I could have stayed at a motel for the same price. But the camp did look nice.

What an exceptional experience! Beautiful facilities (appear to be newly renovated), and the most helpful staff. All around, every interaction was a 10/10. Highly recommend Top10 for your Taupo stay.

We have been staying here for 25 years. We built a rapport with previous owners (and the lady who owned it before them) over the years and were always made very welcome and we miss them. We always find it hard to match the high standards of cleanliness anywhere else and for the price you pay we think it's a great place to stay. Since the new owners have taken over we see some improvements including free wifi. We were held up on our journey to Taupo and phoned the office and arrangements were made for us which we appreciated.

Highly recommended, arrived late but they had the room ready and warmed. Very tidy and well priced accommodation. Dog friendly too. Thanks for the stay 😊

Lovely Camp ground. Enjoyed my stay and would have liked to stay longer but couldn't due to it being Easter and they were already booked out. Very good free Wi-fi to use and the thermal pool looked very inviting at 6am on a cold 3 degree morning. Definitely worth a plunge to warn up with.

Facilities were immaculately clean and the new refurbished ladies room was modern as it got renovated. We got unlimited WiFi and there was a lemon tree next to the kitchen and BBQ area that can complement your meal. Stuff was accommodating. They have TV lounge with gaming room. The overall experience was excellent and would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay, the team there are friendly and helpful, we were only there for a couple of nights, but everything is clean and well kept. Free wifi which was good for uploading the hundreds of pictures we took daily and keeping 2 teen girls busy at night. We will definitely be back again, maybe for a longer stay next time.

The best ever Top 10. Everything was new and clean and sparkling. Free hot water. Beautiful up to date kitchen and showers and facilities. Even fresh flowers in the woman's immaculate bathrooms and a little bath!! Wowzer!! 100% Even Mobility Card Shower for those who needed it. Tiles and glass shower and all toilets soft close. Would rave about this place. Must go stay if you visit Taupo. Just like a 5 star Hotel.

After a tiring 2hr 38 mins drive on a cold night we arrived to a nice and warm room, they had turned our heater on..thankyou! Very impressed with how clean our room was..the kitchen sink was shiny! Haha. Very impressed. We will visit again. The room was perfect.

Bit more expensive than most, but with the facilities I can see why. Staff were super helpful and chatty. Helped us plan our couple of days, and even gave us a few discount cards and a couple of freebies. Very clean and tidy. You can see they take great pride in their holiday camp.

We stayed here for 2 nights in a 2 bedroom motel room. Motel room is clean and modern, aswell as very spacious. Holiday Park is located in a quite neighbourhood, but still very handy to the town centre. Its like 5 mins to drive in to town for restaurants and supermarkets, as well as other attractions. I would recommend Taupo Top 10.

Great place to stay. Short walk to Lakeside cafes and restaurants, make this a handy spot for an overnight or longer stay. The friendly manager is great to talk to and is very helpful. I will be back. Hot pool is good and the amenities are top notch.

We've got a four year old and absolutely loved this place. Clean facilities, it felt really safe, great playground and new trampoline. Close enough to everything really especially if you don't mind a short drive or bike. There's composting, great labeled recycling and little herb gardens you can pick from. Little touches like Rose's in cases in the bathroom and lovely shower curtains i really appreciate. The only thing I'd like to see improved is the squeak in our metal double bunk, lucky the mattress and pillows were comfy. Great work happening here by friendly cheerful staff, we'll be back.

It was Ok. No hot water in communal bathroom. I was told they were thermally heated.....still the 3 mornings I had showers they were cold. and they were pretty tired- Our kids are a little older now so didn't hang out at the playground which looked nice and tidy. It was reasonably priced but I was disappointed by the showers. Kitchen Cabin very clean on arrival and good for family of 4 as long as you don't mind having neighbours in very close proximity. I think this little holiday has highlighted we've outgrown this type of accommodation esp communal bathrooms.

Lovely people, very helpful and kind. Haylee made an amazing barista quality coffee, just what we needed after a long drive. Super hot water with great pressure in the family room shower. Nice hedges between camper van sites offer added privacy.

Stayed here on New Years Eve. We felt that the price was rather high but were greatful that the camp accommodated us at such short notice. We had some very loud neighbours with very bad language and loud music and although it is nice to celebrate we felt the camp accommodated more to the partying group then the young families. Camp facilities were clean and modern.

This park is definitely deserving to be on anyone’s “must do” list of places while in Taupo. The staff are very friendly and welcoming! The facilities are clean and conveniently located throughout the park. The thermal pool is a hidden gem plus the playground and kart hire keeps the kids entertained for hours which is a blessing when travelling with kids!

Great camp, very clean with nice amenities. A tad far if you wanted to walk to town but otherwise loved the location. Very well kept grounds and clean facilities. Loved the thermal plunge pool! We stayed at an unpowered site and were so pleased how close the facilities were! Usually unpowered are miles away but this park has a small ablution block right near the tent sites —thank you! Large kitchen has plenty of cook tops and there was ample seating both inside and on outside covered patio. Lounge has pool table, sky tv and clean + comfy couches. Plenty of power outlets for charging devices too. Unlimited wifi worked well throughout the park. Very happy customers and would highly recommend this Top10.

What a fantastic park, friendly staff, awesome room for our big 9m caravan, free and unlimited wifi, great playground with a lovely hammock in the trees for parents. Brilliant family bathrooms with a shower wands (it’s the little things that make life easier with small kids). Clean and a brilliant little thermal pool too. Highly recommend!

My new favourite place to stay! Nice, clean, tidy motel units. Manicured gardens and hedges surrounding. The most beautiful roses outside every unit! Couldn't be better! Will be back to camp here soon!

Easy walk to town. Lovely facilities a pity we weren't told that the showers were luke warm and the pool was out of order. We primarily went to sit in the pool!

Only stayed one night but the facilities were the best, modern up to date and well serviced. We were welcomed at the front office by the friendly staff and given great service. We were traveling in a campervan and the site was well set-up next to the kitchen and washrooms.

This is a great park beautiful sites with privacy and bathrooms to die for the area tidy plunge pool perfect size to relax or just a little play. Full site clean could not fault and the friendly staff and owners amazing thanks so much for having us. Also so welcoming of our fur baby thanks again we will be back

Very clean and well maintained. Reasonably big grass/gravel hard stands separated by high hedges. Good facilities generally, plenty of hot water and well equipped kitchen if you need it. About 1.5k walk from town center. Comparatively expensive at $50/night for 2 people and campervan, and this was off season. However, quiet and secure. Well behaved pets allowed, but $2 extra. Overall good.

Nice place to camp, has good clean facilities. Chances are we will be back.

We stayed here 3 nights late May, fantastic place to be. Have never seen a camp ground & amenities so clean, immaculate. Very friendly people, there to help. We took our dog with us, (which was prearranged) and absolutely no problems on arrival or during our stay. Reasonably close to the lake and the shops, very handy to most things. Will definitely be back. Thank you :)

Great spot with fantastic clean, modern facilities The staff were so friendly and helpful Don't be put off by the location, although slightly off the beaten track it is very accessible and close to everything The night time movies were another great touch that just gave the place a fantastic atmosphere

Actually a lovely park with great amenities and a lovely vibe + friendly helpful staff. Cute dog runs around asking to get his ball thrown by you! Only comments were that the pool was pretty small and the unpowered fee for two adults in a van of $50 per night is a little steep. There was a coffee shop ran by reception that had signs everywhere but was actually closed at 10am when I tried to get a coffee - sadly reception was unable to make me a coffee but were nice enough to give me some instant coffee sachets.

I booked a basic lodge room. The kitchen and ablution block were handy, and were very clean and well equipped. The camp is close to town and Motorsport Park.

great! good unit, good parking, good shared amenities, good wifi, plenty outdoor tables, great place for families to have a reunion, great area for kids to ride bikes around and play. Easy travel to Lake Taupo and attractions in the area. Cheers!

Booked an unpowered site for 2 nights. The staff is very friendly. The facilities are great (and very clean). It's definitely a superior Holiday Park.

Nice place. Friendly and helpful reception. Decent sized sites with hedges in between. Kitchen area is very clean and well set up. Lots of sinks, prep and cooking areas. Utensils and pots supplied. There is a nice outdoor seating area as well as indoor. Bathrooms we're clean and sufficient for campground size. Expensive at $50/night, 2 people small campervan but seems to be going rate in the area.

We loved our stay at this park!!! It was super clean, the receptionist was really friendly and always happy to help. The wee dog that was there was really cute. Just an all round excellent place to stay and we loved it all thank you 😊

Unbelievable cleanliness, I moved the bunks to put on waterproof sheets for my young kids and it was spotless behind there! Also behind the fridge (a lunch container went back there). The unit was perfect for what we needed and a great price even during school holidays. My kids loved the thermal plunge pool

Very very impressed with All Seasons. The units are as expected. The grounds for the holiday park are second to none. So tidy with individual sites which are separated with hedges. Walkways lit up so you do not walk through other sites. Amenities are 10 out of 10. Clean and sparkling. I was in a unit and yes had cooking facilities but was cooking in the amenity block. Cannot fault the camp ground. Am recommending all to catch a State of perfect hospitality but a site worth while for all who goes there will back me up 100%. Nice clean place, we were just there to sleep after having an event in Taupo all weekend, however want to leave an amazing review because I left expensive face product there, and just thought ohwell its gone whoever sees it can claim it. And on Monday I got a call saying they had found it and will ship it to me. Thanks soooo much!

Actually the best Holiday Park we have been on in NZ. Everything is nice and clean, Wifi vouchers have a very reasonable price, the kitchen has any equipment you might need and the outdoor and BBQ area is very comfortable (and a good place to relax with a beer in the evening). The staff is also really helpful and dedicated to keep the place as nice as it is. I can only recommend it.

Excellent place to stay. Friendly staff. We booked a self-contained unit (1 Double bed and 1 Twin bed) for a total of NZD 151 via Wotif. The unit has everything you need. From cooking utensils, Fridge, Microwave oven, TV. It was quite warm because of the weather, but once you open the windows and let the breeze in, you will be fine. Overall, very satisfied with the service. Will definitely recommend.

we spent 2weeks here and found park to be well maintained...very clean and tidy...amenities being overhauled...very nicely too....hot showers daily....Suzie and hubby were excellent hosts and also was awesome to be able to have our dog along with us....wouldn't think twice bout staying here again....

We had 3 powered tent sites during new years in the immaculate grounds with all age group children who never got bored at being round camp from them being at the play ground to running round finding the the penguins on the interactive app which we had no dramas as the camp was well set up.. Jumping in and out of the pool to looking forward to their nightly snuggled up outdoor movie theatre. And for the teens the large skate park was just a quick scooter away with all the other biking right on the door step, The adults had a blast as everything was so convenient, the amenities were large and very clean, the kitchen and dining area looked brand new and well looked after and all camp staff were lovely and made you feel at home. With all the kids occupied, the adults could have a few beverages and when night curfew came round local chilly bin riding Sheriff Dazza (which everyone loved) made sure everything was under control and adhered to and everyone was happy to call it a night. Then to wake up to some of the best made coffees in Taupo by Suzi and the office ladys was orsome. Cheers Guys Thanks for a great New years..

We actually ended up staying at this site twice. The first time we had 4 people with 2 tents, $25pp (standard for Taupo we checked around) amazing showers that are free, plunge pool and a secure site with a barrier and code to get in. The second time we stayed in a bunk cabin which although basic only $5pp extra (we were down to 3 people) and an amazing deal. The staff were amazing, would bend over backwards for you and genuinely cared about you as people. They showed us the available tent spaces which were limited and offered us the bunk house. We had a problem checking out and helped in every single way possible allowing us the extra time to sort ourselves out. Would highly reccomend.

I stay here every time I am in taupo. The owners are friendly and do their upmost to ensure your stay is both memorable and enjoyable. There is a relaxing thermal pool and many excellent communal areas. This place is pet friendly in off peak times.

The location was a little out of the main district, but if you drive, it is rather accessible, with parking right at the doorstep. Amenities were adequate, with a common kitchen, a kitchenette within the room we stayed, common laundry area with detergent available for purchase at the reception counter. Staff were friendly and helpful. As our Tongariro Alpine Crossing plan was thwarted by the weather, we decided to do the K2K trail instead, on the day of our check-out. The staff were nice enough to let us use the common bathing facilities after we were done with our trek, and even provided fresh towels.

We stayed her a few months ago. The place was well kept. We originally got a tent site and switched because it was $9 more for 3 of us to get a 4 person dorm room. And it poured that night! So glad we did! The kitchen faculties were having used, but there were quite a few stations. Also the stove controls had warn off which was fairly dangerous. (Someone had left 2 burners on max). The hot spring was ok, not that hot.

Lovely place to stay, in the morning there is an on-site coffee bar that makes a good cup of coffee, and a smalle hot Pool you can use, many utensils are available to cook and all the places are numbered, which is Nice, cause with a campervan you can easily go to town and still have the same spot on return!

Everything was top notch, cleanliness was 10/10, very friendly and happy receptionist, thermal pool was included in our stay, spent some amazing time there. Cozy and warm motel. 9/10 overall. Will book again on next visit taupo.

This place is great! Perfect for families with kids, has very good facilities like playground, play room, small pool. Some rooms come with a small kitchen, fridge and cooking top. Very clean and neatly organised. Friendly staff.

We had a great experience here today. A super friendly lady at reception (Karen/Carol) not only offered to drive us down to the marina , she let us use her phone to try to make a booking. Our booking fell through so she kindly drove us back to the park and told us of some great places to see around taupo. Her suggestion for dinner at the vines was also spot on too! This was our second choice but our CampaSouth van wasn't compatible with the newer power setup at Debritz with the hot pools. It turned out to be a pretty good campground. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean and worked well. Some of the sites have shade trees for hot days if you know your directions. Would stay there again.

Nice layout with hedgerows separating the sites, a mineral pool, clean and well maintained facilities. Friendly staff except for a man that was somehow offended because I asked him if they had more fridges (they only have two small fridges which were full). The answer I got was "You got to take care of yourself", which I found a strange remark considering I'm a paying customer and not being able to refrigerate my food will cause me to have to throw it out and not be able to eat.

Excellent staff with very clean facilities and rooms. Affordable prices and great information for tourists. A very friendly environment with great service. Would highly recommend. Thanks team!

All sorts accomodation available from tents to cabins.Kids playing area.Local Shop 5mins away. Situated from the noisey backpackers. 20mins walk to the lake.and the shops.5mins by Car.Enjoy.

The toilet is clean, shower head is powerful. Every camper van have a lot of their own that is partition with plants.

(Original) Mir hat's hier sehr gut gefallen, die Stellplätze waren mit Hecken als Sichtschutz getrennt, was ich nach 3 Wochen Camping sehr angenehm fand. Die Einrichtungen waren sehr sauber, minuspunkt bzgl der Lage ... 20 min Fußweg in die Stadt und etwas mehr Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption fände ich toll. Würde wieder dort campen.

The price of $ 88 for four people and a motorhome is honest for the services offered. The only black spot is the toilets and showers in an unheated space in winter.
