An update for 2021:
Same lovely service offered! I booked in for my MIL and myself the optometrist was an amazing lady. I think her name was Jamie or Janice. Sorry I don’t remember! She was sooo patient with us and even when there was a confusion with our voucher she still honoured it as well helped us select a good frame. Thank you for the lovely experience. You guys are good and so are your prices. The only negative encounter was the receptionist lady. No smile, rude to speak to and showed no professionalism. However that doesn’t matter as the optometrist are extremely caring , experienced and look after you. Will always come back! Thank you
B.I highly recommend the service of Shahin and his team. I recently went in to see them and I made a mistake with my frames and lenses. Shahin went out of his way to correct to what I wanted without any hesitation. Totally happy with their service and how friendly, professional and cost effective they are compared to other providers.
