H.Frank in Avondale is the best. He took care of my wife’s eye problem . She had been going to the other guys for years but found Frank is much better 100% . Frank is straight to the point and knows what he’s talking about knows what he’s doing after all he has been doing it for 28+ years. My wife and I highly recommend him
