I’ve been a client of Cassidy Eyecare for many years. Most recently, I wanted glasses optimised for working with a large, two- screen computer setup often used for Zooming, keeping everything in focus. Cassidy came up with a short range progressive lenses solution that works fabulously and looks great from a vanity perspective! I also needed a frame repair on my 2013 main glasses whose lenses work just fine. When posed with my problem, Cassidy immediately sourced an end-of-line frame replacement, so cost effective, that will keep my good lenses operating for several years more. I also appreciate the proactive annual examinations of my eyes gaining a sense of confidence in their health.

Had a great experience with Cassidy Eyecare, New Lynn. Dr. Troy was friendly, kind, and patient, he did an excellent job. Great service, very professional. friendly staff. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience at Cassidy Eyecare from Troy and his team. I took my first eye exam at Spec Savers 3 years ago and can honestly say there was daylight between that exam and the one I had at Cassidy last week. The glasses are quality product and my vision has improved dramatically. Thanks heaps guys!

I went to Cassidy EyeCare because they have a virtual tour on Google Maps, and it shows a well ordered, professional, and well equipped environment. Once there I got prompt attention , and an excellent examination process with Troy Cassidy. Troy is clearly highly experienced and I got excellent advice about a low cost solution to my need for reading glasses. He didn't try to 'sell' me anything. It was just really good, honest, and straight forward advice. I won't be going anywhere else in future !

Best Eyecare I have ever received. Troy genuinely cares about your needs and went out of his way to make sure that my eyes were getting the proper treatment. I went here all throughout university and would still be going if I still lived in Auckland

Was in the market for a new optometrist after a bad experience in the "mall". Checked online for a recommendation and I am so glad I did! Cassidy Eyewear was fantastic, from the lovely reception to the superior optometrist, in Troy Cassidy. My appointment felt thorough, not rushed and overall a really fabulous service. What a find! I didn't even get my Safety Prescription Bolle Glasses from them, as they were bought in Perth for Mining work. Troy 'ran over hot coals' to find out the style name (from photos) and then locate Nose Pads for them. He finally managed to get some sent from Australia.He is a rare breed. The world would be a lot better place if there were more of him in it. I would have liked to have given him 6 Stars out of 5!!!

Having used a large organisation for eye care in the past, it was a positive experience changing to Troy and his team. Getting quality and service is very important in any health area. Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I should have gone to Cassidy's in the first place.

As a first time visitor: These guys are great. I received top notch service from both the Optometrist, and customer team. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a new prescription.

Helpful, friendly and approachable. Would not hesitate to return - the service is definitely better than most, with clear advice that covered all the bases. They were even helpful enough to let me trial contacts, and if it didn't work out to refund the difference on glasses.

I took my late mother here several years ago, she was suffering with dementia at the time and the staff here were absolutely fantastic, so caring and lovely to mum will never forget the exceptional service.
