J.Cassidy Eyecare are great. I really value the balanced and pragmatic advice. I have confidence I am in good hands and they have my best interests at heart. When I visit for my regular check-ups it's always about the best solution for me, not a sales pitch. I can ask questions and receive genuine responses that are easy to understand. True professionals. Highly recommended.
C.I decided to support a local business when my eye check was due. It was found l required new lenses. From day 1 they were unsatisfactory. An alteration was subsequently made but with no noticeable improvement. When I approached them, I was told " what do you expect, you have cateracts forming". I was disappointed I paid what appeared to be an unnecessary $1100 given they obviously didn't expect any improvement in my vision. I was given a shrug of the shoulders from the staff member when l discussed my problem. Forward 2 years later... the coating on same lenses has completely failed, making them totally useless. Although the warranty period was passed by 2 months, no responsibility was accepted or solution offered, other than spending another $550+. Supporting local, hasnt equated to returned support, service or care.
Two weeks later
I was approached by Troy to see if a solution could be found to my situation. I am happy to say I now have a new pair of lenses, free of charge.
In hindsight, l should have taken the issue directly to Troy, rather than accepting the advice/opinion of the front of house staff or relying on them to relay my concerns.
I want to thank Troy for his professional handling of the problem.
Q.Troy provides very thorough eye examinations and goes that extra mile to help find suitable glasses and prescription sunglasses. Both practices are very clean and well presented, I highly recommend Cassidy Eyecare services - Marcus Osborne
M.These guys are a touch above the rest. Troy is known by name by the leading eye specialists due to the quality of his work and Stephanie does fantastic work with children in particular. I would highly recommend them as your local optometrists.
