A.Robert and Haydn have been amazing with educating me about keratoconus and ensuring I get the best vision possible while also feeling comfortable with wearing my contacts. They make me feel at ease and ensure that I fully understand everything to do with my condition. Reception staff are also extremely nice and welcoming. I’ve been coming here for around six years and will continue to do so.
I.i do not go to this optometrist. the one i go to in westfield manukau i have visited for many years and made several spec from them. when the nose pad of 2 specs broke (i keep all old ones as power changes in case of emergency) i took it to them but they would not repair it. i then looked for an optometrist in manurewa and found firth and laird, rang them and told them of my problem and that the specs were not made by them. . they said i could come to the shop. they repaired my specs free of charge, i was so happy. could not believe this. thank you firth and laird. excellent attitude and service.

I was greeted by the Optometrist in the waiting area, and from that moment until the consultation was completed I was very happy with the service.
