I.Tony's attention to detail and his commitment to ensuring my glasses were a perfect fit were praised by my ophthalmologist. (Apparently not all progressive lenses are as accurate as those he fitted). As I have severe auto immune issues I'm not the easiest client, and I appreciate the time he spends explaining the changes in my vision. My previous optician retired so I'm very thankful that Highbury Optometrists were recommended to me. I'm just as happy to recommend them.
T.Hi I have been seeing Tony here at Highbury Opt for about 7 years now. I have always found him to be friendly, professional and a very skilled Optometrist. He opened up his practice on a Sunday once to urgently look at my eye after a stick entered, he also spotted a torn retina that had no outgoing symptoms on a routine check that was urgently referred for surgery. I am very grateful for that and the correct referrals to specialists I have received over the years. I highly recommend Tony, his team and the well equipped practice. I also recommend getting regular eye checks!

V.Tony and his team provide excellent and informative service. After my initial Glaucoma check-up with Tony, I have recommended the rest of the family to change over to Highbury Optometrists, too. The other optometrists (who shall remain unnamed) do not provide the personalised service Tony offers, and neither do they give detailed advice about Glaucoma. Additionally, the pricing is very competitive in comparison to the others as well. We highly recommend Highbury Optometrists!

L.Our neighborhood Optometrist specialist! There are many jobs to do when you choose Ortho-k lenses for myopia treat method, my daughter is very lucky to have Tony to help. Tony is very patient and professional. When I first learned my daughter's nearsighted condition getting worse I was worried and kept on looking for several Opto specialist shop, until I found Tony is just nearby. Definitely recommend!

S.Tony Cradwick is great.I should have come here years ago instead of the chain places. He takes the time to explain what he is doing and gives really good advice how to take care of your eye health. I had a very comprehensive exam and he didn't try to sell me any frames as with only a slight change he said I didn't need them. This is a very different experience from what have experienced in the past. I am glad I have found an optometrist that I can trust. I will certainly make him my eye care provider.
S.Friendly staff, nice place and easy to find, right across from the mall entrance. Good selection of glasses and always have my contact lenses in stock ready for pick up or they do super fast shipping if I can't get in! Definitely recommend. 😀

l.As usual, excellent service by Tony. I really appreciate his dedication to getting everything right. My mother is very old and disabled, but his kind attention will have ensured she has the right lenses for her glasses. He also has a great eye for helping choose the right frames. Cant recommend highly enough.
L.I would highly recommend this optometrists. Due to a recent injury I had to source some type of tinted glasses and was finding it very difficult to collect advice and information. So I phoned around and visited a few optometrists then came across Birkenhead.

I.I don't write reviews very often. You have to be either beyond terrible or above and beyond amazing. I am glad to say that Highbury Optometrists is one of those above and beyond amazing places. From the start, the Russian receptionist lady (apologies for forgetting your name) was very friendly and actually listened to what I was saying. Dr Cradwick was very professional, and I was very comfortable speaking to him. He was very thorough (not one of those, 'she'll be right' doctors), and actually made the time to see me earlier as I was rushing. Overall, excellent service and I am very pleased.
