Matthews Optometrist Victoria Street Auckland is fantastic. My glasses is great and Jenny who served me with Dallas gave best customer service. Recommended highly.

It is the best place in town that I can find out for kid’s myopia control and optometrist. We know Vivienne for quite well because of my daughter who got severe myopia, I was blown away by her enthusiasm and professionalism. My daughter has been looked after well for her myopia. They are a saviour for her vision, her vision is well controlled now.

Received my 2 pairs of glasses within 3 days. Exceptional quality and speedy delivery. Merry Christmas.

Actually one of the top optoms, staff knew what they were doing, long story short these zeiss lenses are unparalleled.

Exceptional service by Kylie, Sasha and the team. The eye exam could not have been more thorough and professional. The advise given around prescription lenses, frames, as well as contacts was equally impressive. Highly recommended.

Working in Auckland and living in the provinces, I needed an optometrist that I could visit during business hours. Kylie and Isla operate their practice with professionalism, have engaging interaction with their customers, seek opinions from each other and offer options for consideration. I have worn glasses for over 50 years and in the last few years have been concerned about blocked tear duct- the cysts sometimes hurting my eyes. Kylie was the first to offer a solution. Their eye spa solved the problem AND made my eyes feel great !! I am very pleased with my new designer specs. They offer all that was promised. I have and will continue to recommend Kylie and Isla's services to family, friends and colleagues. A friendly wave to or from work confirms my future return.

The team at Victoria Street Optometrists are fabulous. They were welcoming, accommodating, and provide expert advice. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Plus everyone compliments me now on my fashionable new glasses, which Isla and Kylie helped me select.

5/5 Stars service ! The staffs are very nice and helpful. They were clearly experts and know what they are doing. The eye test was really detailed with the staff giving you information on what is currently happening, are your eyes okay, etc. Would recommend it to anyone planning to get an eye test or just a new pair of glasses !

I have got three pairs of glasses from them. Excellent service, Isla and the team are not only looking after my eyes, they are also very good stylists when it comes to choose frames.

Isla identified my problems in the most professional way possible after a comprehensive eye test. She also educated me well on the mechanisms of dry eyes so that I can take preemptive measures to address the problem. Top notch service, highly recommended.

My glasses broke while travelling and we visited these guys to replace the lenses. Even though we were tourists, they understood our problems and perfectly worked around our plans. And the price of the new lenses was cheaper than everywhere else. Really can't recommend them enough!

I have had many compliments on the Tom Ford glasses I wear, which I selected with Isla and Kylie's fabulous advice on the frames best suited to me. I have been a client for many years and attended several of their Tom Ford client evenings. I am a huge fan of Tom Ford eyewear and it is great to have the opportunity to see and try the whole range along with a glass of wine! Wonderful friendly professional service. Kylie and Isla at the Victoria Street Optometrists have set the standard for outstanding professionalism and excellent service in their field. Their system of operation is fast, painless, and effective. Not only do they have a great range of products, they also go out of their way to ensure that your are comfortable and happy with your experience (something severely lacking at other centres). As a student, they accommodate for my limited budget with a very generous student discount and ensure that I am completely satisfied with my procedure and purchase. Both Kylie and Isla are great optometrists! They have an amazing range of glasses, and will not stop until they find the right frames for you. They are your one stop shop for anything and everything to do with your eyes!

Was a awesome and easy experience, stress free and Kylie went above and beyond to make sure that I got what I needed. Glasses came in 24 hours and couldn't be happier. 5/5 Would recommend.

Awesome experience - I first went to the optometrist chain stores (Specsavers, OPSM) and they quoted me double the price of this place. Awesome prices and service. Because they are two independent optometrists running this place, they are a lot more flexible on what they can provide for you. I had the lenses taken out of my old glasses and re-framed - something OPSM refused to do for some BS reason. I can only say great things about this place!

Specsavers told me I needed glasses. I got a second opinion, thank goodness, from Victoria Street Optometrists, who treated me for dry eyes. Isla was great, thorough in her assessment questions, and followed up a week or so later to check. If and when I do need glasses, I'll be going straight to Victoria Street.

I needed urgently new spectacles and lenses ( complicated ones) before going oversees. I phoned several optometrists and I was told that it could not be done within such a short time frame . Luckily I called Victoria Optometrists and they DID IT! Excellent service!

I was given a same-day appointment for an acute problem, and the two optometrists at Victoria St provided a very efficient and friendly service.

The place is vey comfortable.The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Isla Hills was very knowledgeable and would take the time to answer any questions. I highly recommend visiting Victiria St Optometrists and seeing Isla.
