N.I would give 10 stars if I could, Melinda and Debi are amazing. They are very welcoming, provide above and beyond customer service, are knowledgeable and really care about their clients. A great duo, I will definitely be returning and enrolling my mum to the clinic when she is due for her next checkup. Thank you ladies so much for your assistance.
S.I'm not the sort of person to give a top rating often, as I believe there is always room for improvement. In this case I would like to be able to give 10 stars, as I have never received the service I encounter with Melinda and Debi at any other place. Debi welcomes us each year remembering our kids names, exactly what we have been talking about previously, offers honest advice with new frames, and EVEN delivers to our house our new glasses when they arrive.
Melinda has the same mannerisms and is always professional, friendly and we openly chat about our lives. Feels like coming home each time, and even hubby who is slow to praise, is happy to sit and chat. At my most recent visit on a Saturday, it was quite busy in store, and I heard Debi and Melinda react the same with every person who stepped through the door. What fantastic memories they have. I would not go anywhere else. Please do not sell the business Melinda, and Debi you are not allowed to leave. Thank you.

T.Melinda and Debbie are THE best! It's been 15 years since my last full eye exam. I felt very nervous and worried with pre-existing eye issues, but felt so welcome the moment I stepped through the doors. Debbie is super engaging and lovely. Melinda made me feel at ease, and did a thorough job with my eye exam. You'll get the best customer service here, with great gals who excel at what they do, and lots of laughs along the way!

T.5stars is NOT enough to show the awesomeness of Melinda Nordin Optometrist. Debbie is the bestfriend everyone needs in their life and Melinda actually cares for the people she see's - that makes them stand out from all other eye clinics. If they ever close shop or Debbie leaves, in all honesty I've accepted my fate of being a blind bat because I refuse to go anywhere else 🤓
S.My vision has become so clear after I got pair of new glasses. Have been wearing glasses for 15 years this time it is really clear ! The Optometrist Melinda gave me a very accurate prescription. She is very patient and very skillful in testing my eyes. I also like the idea Melinda suggested to have a separate glass for the reading in computer .
I am very happy with the style I chose. The receptionist Debbie provide good customer service

I’ve dropped, lost and even broken my contacts and they have been very quick too replace them, always on the ball, highly recommend there services too anyone who wants too feel more than just a client.
I’ve been well looked after my Melinda and Debbie over the years.
R.Melinda is the most caring and patient Optometrist I have ever met and does not rush through processes. She is calm and thorough. My eyes are important to me. She went out of her way to help me with my "old and difficult" eyes with PVD, and she made me feel welcome. I'm very happy and satisfied with my new pair of glasses.

A.My glasses broke Saturday Morning called the optometrist to ask about turn around time, by FAR the quickest of the places called. made our way out there and found they were fully booked for testing (our fault we didn't ask first :) ) yet they managed to STILL squeeze me in and run me through a full eye exam, selected my choice of frames at an amazing price I might add, Today (Monday) I received a text from the shop to advise that my glasses are ready to be collected!
I cannot recommend this business more highly!
