I'm not the sort of person to give a top rating often, as I believe there is always room for improvement. In this case I would like to be able to give 10 stars, as I have never received the service I encounter with Melinda and Debi at any other place. Debi welcomes us each year remembering our kids names, exactly what we have been talking about previously, offers honest advice with new frames, and EVEN delivers to our house our new glasses when they arrive. Melinda has the same mannerisms and is always professional, friendly and we openly chat about our lives. Feels like coming home each time, and even hubby who is slow to praise, is happy to sit and chat. At my most recent visit on a Saturday, it was quite busy in store, and I heard Debi and Melinda react the same with every person who stepped through the door. What fantastic memories they have. I would not go anywhere else. Please do not sell the business Melinda, and Debi you are not allowed to leave. Thank you.

Melinda and Debbie are THE best! It's been 15 years since my last full eye exam. I felt very nervous and worried with pre-existing eye issues, but felt so welcome the moment I stepped through the doors. Debbie is super engaging and lovely. Melinda made me feel at ease, and did a thorough job with my eye exam. You'll get the best customer service here, with great gals who excel at what they do, and lots of laughs along the way!

My vision has become so clear after I got pair of new glasses. Have been wearing glasses for 15 years this time it is really clear ! The Optometrist Melinda gave me a very accurate prescription. She is very patient and very skillful in testing my eyes. I also like the idea Melinda suggested to have a separate glass for the reading in computer . I am very happy with the style I chose. Melinda is the most caring and patient Optometrist I have ever met and does not rush through processes. She is calm and thorough. My eyes are important to me. Amazing service from the receptionist and optometrist. A lot better than spec savers Manukau which I think I will never return. These guys has really picked the wrong done by specsavers and helped me with the correct prescription glasses. Definitely recommended to everyone, worth five star

My glasses broke Saturday Morning called the optometrist to ask about turn around time, by FAR the quickest of the places called. made our way out there and found they were fully booked for testing (our fault we didn't ask first :) ) yet they managed to STILL squeeze me in and run me through a full eye exam, selected my choice of frames at an amazing price I might add, Today (Monday) I received a text from the shop to advise that my glasses are ready to be collected! I cannot recommend this business more highly!
