My first experience with NVision Eyecare was with Summer. She was so friendly and helpful when I needed my glasses repaired that I decided to switch opticians, when the time came for my next appointment. Several months later, I had my first eye exam with Ryan. He was very thorough and helpful with answering all my questions. Highly recommend NVISION Eyecare - Albany Optometrist. Ryan and his team are friendly, respectful and professional. Modern and super clean office suite. Well priced and an in-depth examination was performed. After years of suffering, this is the first optometrist to diagnose my wife's eye condition and advise proper treatment...she was for many years only prescribed eye drops, which never worked. This is the best optometrist that we have ever seen!

I felt confident in and comfortable with both Ryan & Summer. Glad to have found NVision! I went back today to pick up my new glasses - what service! They had upgraded the order to have a thinner lens AND a scratch resistant surface applied, free of charge! Just a delightful place to go - highly recommended!!

I took my 6 year-old son for his regular eye test as he has been wearing his glasses due to high astigmatism. Ryan was very thorough and professional, explained everything I needed easy. NVISION Eyecare could be the place where I felt comfortable and warm, where they embrace appropriate technology and excellent service. My first visit was with Ryan. He was thorough, gentle, and is a warm person. No matter how early we booked he always comes on time with nice and patient work attitude. My hubby and I appreciated the good advice and treatment he offered. He discussed treatment options with us & helped us make a good decision. The reception girl is so nice and lovely. Now we have visited the clinic several times and we are looking forward to going back to complete my husband’s next eye treatment.

After a less than satisfactory experience with another company my aviation doctor recommend I visit Ryan and the team at NVision to conduct the vision tests and eye health checks required for a pilots Class 1 medical. The premises and equipment are modern, spotlessly clean and the service was excellent. The test was competitively priced and the overall experience was significantly superior to those of my experiences with other optometrists.

I received excellent care at this practice. I have a number of eye issues, and the optometrist was very knowledgeable and efficient. The staff are very friendly and took all the time needed to inform, answer my questions, and sort everything out. I was also impressed with the high tech diagnostic equipment. The fees are very competitive and the service provided is high value for money.

Absolutely fabulous service. Asked about appointments and was seen very quickly despite them being busy. Ryan was incredibly patient and explained the whole process and made sure I was very comfortable with what was needed. When it was discovered that I needed some extra tests they went out of their way to get them done as soon as possible so I could get the help needed. At no point was their any hard selling of glasses that others clinics had done. Instead I was told what they offered the let me drive everything if I wanted to proceed. 100% would recommend Ryan and N-Vision if you want really high quality optometry without all the hard selling from other places and brilliant prices to boot!!!!

After laser eye surgery several years ago, my vision recently deteriorated, and I sought advice from Ryan at NVision. Ryan provided a comprehensive examination and thorough follow-up, including assessment of my vision and eye health as well as a good understanding of my lifestyle and needs. I now have fabulous glasses for everyday wear and contacts for active pursuits, and the world is once again colourful and clear. I can’t believe how much better my vision is!

Really great experience. We felt heard and all investigations, which were thorough - more than we'd ever had before as part of a routine eye check - were freely shared and explained - we even got to take the pictures taken of the inside of our eyes home :-) Time was taken and we weren't rushed. Had an awesome experience at Nvision Eyecare. The place is spacious with many stylish, unique and classic frames lining the shelves; their sunglasses range is particularly impressive!! The optometrist Ryan and his assistant were friendly, and talked me through the tests, which I really appreciated. The tests were thorough and comprehensive, and the results were first communicated to me verbally then a copy was given to me (you can ask for these to be emailed to you instead). I definitely recommend NVision Eyecare to anyone looking for unique frame choices and a very professional environment.

Ryan kept the opticians open for my late arrival at 5:30pm as booked on a Monday. I was amazed that I could wear the bi-focal contact lenses with comfort and could see perfectly, this hasn't happened before in a previous experience. Ryan offered me a free trial plus free solutions. All together a very good experience, easy to talk to and the glasses on show are so different to any other opticians. I have been wearing glasses or contact lenses for over 50 years. In that time I have been a client of many optometrists, but none quite like Ryan Mahmoud and his team. His special interest in DRY EYE was a massive help for getting me to be much more comfortable with my eye health. He is not just a supplier of eye glasses, but a true eye health practitioner. Ryan clearly seeks to work at a level of excellence not commonly seen in clinical practice. As a healthcare practitioner myself, I understand the importance of great patient management, communication, education, compassion and quality care. Ryan is a natural at all of this. I highly recommend Ryan Mahmoud and the team at N-Vision Eye Care for vision problems (near sightedness, far sightedness, astymatism, glaucoma, etc) and for dry eye and other eye health conditions. I had my eyes checked today as I was having a bit of trouble looking at small writing on my phone. Ryan gave me the most thorough battery of tests and showed me an amazing picture of the inside of my eyes. He also explained why my eyes have been feeling gritty and showed me images of the inside my lids where a gland has stopped working properly, I’ll be getting some treatment when I go to collect my new glasses. I've come to Nvision after two helpless GP visits with swallen eyelid. After going through a thorough questionnaire my eyes got tested and assessed from the aspects I've never heard about before. The equipment looks like the last word in technology. I was walked through every little detail of the acceseement results which included measurements, pictures and videos of me blinking! As a result I've got the most efficient price-wise plan of treatment (it was also emailed to me) supplied by my assessment results print outs. I had the most amazing experience I ever had in medical sphere. Ryan was attentive to every little detail, went behind the set time and checked more than was expected. Highly recommended!
