F.Very good service from start to finish. The staff at Albany OPSM were really awesome. Very friendly, not in the least bit pushy. I was able to try on all the styles before settling on the ones I wanted. And after a two week turnaround my glasses arrived and they are perfect. Thanks, I will definitely recommend you to my friends and family.
J.Since my local OPSM closed several years ago, I've driven to the Albany branch for an annual exam.
Their service remains top-notch. Full credit to Jane's skill and diligence discovering a mass in my eye, that another opticians failed to find a month earlier.
Now, even with a more difficult prescription, service delivery is faultless. Follow-up is invaluable. All staff are friendly and helpful, but Dorothy and Anu have made recent visits for monocular premium range sunglasses especially stress-free. Thank-you team!

Prices for prescription and other sunglasses are high in Opsm thus reason I don't go often.

Near Sir or madam,
On Sunday 13.6.21 at about 1:pm I came into your shop at Albany to get a minor repair done to two of my glasses.
One pair required new nose pads and the other pair required ear pads replacing.
I was met by a very pleasant helpful young lady who said these repairs would not be a problem, but it would take about ten minutes.
I waited and she took both pairs of glasses away, and in about ten minutes she came back with both pairs perfectly repaired.
I asked how much do I owe? She replied nothing. She was pleased to fix them for me.
How brilliant is that service? Absolutely outstanding! You need to know how impressed customers are with this type of service.
I have already told two close friends, OPSM Albany is the only place to deal with. I will spread the word where ever I can, and again thank your staff member. She is just brilliant! An asset to your business.

A.I would recommend this place 100%. The guy who served me fixed my glasses without any hassle was so friendly! He also recommended me to get contact lenses (which i do need but was to scared to get because i dont like things in my eye). For an optometrist i feel like they catered to my needs very well because they actaully cared about my eyes. They are definitely the most friendly team and helpful team! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

I bought my glasses here and anytime I need my glasses adjusted they know what they are doing.
I went to another branch but wasn't happy they didn't know how to adjust my glasses.

N.Incredibly helpful staff. The optometrist was excellent and explained every step of the very comprehensive testing. Another staff member then outlined the various options available for lenses, and was a huge help in finding frames that worked for me. These guys are great. Would highly recommend.
D.So helpful. Am a patient from another OPSM. For one unfortunate day, I ran out of contacts. After phoning staff at OPSM Albany, they were able to prepare a few pairs for me in no time at all, making it to my field game with 30 minutes to spare.
Other than the awesome experience, the store has a decent range. Tiffany and Oakley are favourites. Definitely worth a visit.
R.Definitely my first choice for eyecare. The team are super helpful and always have my best interest at heart. From the optometrist to the front team, they all take pride in looking after me. Affordable also. I recommend getting your contact lenses here because you are then assured it's the right choice for your eyes. 11/10 rating 😊
