I came into OPSM today and Natalie was really professional and treated me so well! She catered to my needs very well following my new prescription and made me feel comfortable. Annie my optometrist was wonderful as well and answered any questions I had with really good recommendations for my eye health. Will be back :)

I always experienced great customer service from the team in this store! I’ve been going here for check ups, new glasses/sunglasses since 2015 and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. New(ish) store manager Jafor Mohammad has made it even better, I’ll still make the effort to continue going to this particular store even though we’ve moved to east Auckland :)

Highly recommend visiting OPSM Lynn Mall and Dr. Neha Khan for your eye consultation requirements. I was extremely impressed how she made the process smooth, fun and thorough. I also can't thank Dr. Khan enough for being courteous to my requests for additional documentation. Getting an appointment was smooth sailing via their website. The location is perfect and there is ample parking for anyone driving in.

I phoned the Lynnmall shop yesterday to get copies of my wife's receipts and DebitSuccess form from December 2019. I spoke with Mohammad who was polite, courteous and very fast in emailing the information required. Was pleasantly surprised as I had read the reviews here 1st before I called. Good job OPSM Lynmall.

I stopped in for an inquiry about certain possibilities of glass wear. Greeted with a 😃 smile. And about less than an hour later I left the store being 100% satisfied 😌..I didn't quite get what I was after..but felt I was totally looked after and the lengths the person went through searching data trying all options.

Wonderful staff!! Although the store was really busy staff member Jagdev was absolutely lovely and patient. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and with a beautiful smile. Excellent customer service and Thank you to Jagdev for being so charismatic and kind despite being overloaded with duties.

The staff at OPSM Lynnmall really took their time and helped me feel comfortable and happy getting my first eye exam and pair of glasses. They spent time with me and the advice was invaluable in getting the right frames for my face. Thank you OPSM Lynnmall! Keep up the great work!

Switched over to OPSM - Lynn Mall after several bad experiences with a competitor and found the team here easy to deal with. Great advice and service every visit. Very impressed and another bonus - this is my local!

Neha the optometrist from Lynnmall took the time to make sure my sight was taken care of and in good hands . Over the course of 2 consultations and looking through different lenses to find my perfect pair I finally found it with the great help from the team. My special thanks is to Neha for really making me feel comfortable and well taken care of . With her skills we were able to figure out I have an eye condition and has definitely done all that she needed to in terms of getting the best help for my sight . THANK YOU LYNNMALL OPSM ! I can't wait to get my glasses 😊

Prompt online booking and thorough explanation by the experienced optometrist, much better than their competitors. We went during sale to take advantage of discounts.

The team is very friendly, though I was not their customer they still serviced my glasses and cleaned them for me. Definitely going to come back next time for my glasses.
