very good and efficient service, everyone working is super nice. I have a free complete eye check with southern cross insurance and got new glasses with a discount. Happy with the service and the glasses.

Very professional and hygienic under Covid Level 3 conditions. Fast and efficient. Dr Jan Birt works swiftly and informs clients with specific details on condition. No pushy sales with frames and all about knowledge and understanding. Very good - will be my local optometrist from now on.

I'm very short-sighted and over 60 years old, and over the weekend developed new floaters with blurred vision. There's always the risk of detached retina. On the Monday, OPSM fitted me in between clients at Home & Family Counselling. Jan Birt gave me a very thorough examination - and the all clear. An excellent professional service, including the reception staff. Thank you.

I'm a regular at optometrists, as I wear contact lenses. So you can imagine my delight, moving into a new area and finding out there was an OPSM I could go to. OPSM as a whole have always been my go to for my eye care needs. Having said that, I didn't have a greatest experience here at OPSM Mount Eden. I came in hoping to just buy some contact solution and be on my way. Granted it was a Sunday, and there was minimal staff. Whoever was working that day was about to begin doing some scans for someone else. I walked in, got told to wait. Then had to wait close to 20 minutes while he was with another customer. Now don't get me wrong, I get how long it can take for fittings, and I completely understand. But, things could have been better with "Excuse me sir, what can we help with today?" And I could have been in and out. Hoping things get better

Amazing and friendly service! I was a bit nervous about getting my first pair of glasses but the team made me feel comfortable, and had great knowledge about the products. Would highly recommend OPSM!
