My experience was one of the best I have had with an optometrist in 20 years of needing glasses. The eye examination was a delight, with helpful explanations for what was being checked and what factors went into making decisions about the correct perscription, which is something no optician had thought to share with me before. The sales staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful, and to cap it off one of the cheaper visits I have made to an optician.

Fantastic experience! My optometrist Jennifer Chen was very professional and had excellent attention to detail. Shay, the manager was very welcoming and lovely. The entire process was on time and smooth. I would definitely come again!

I received great service from my experience at OPSM Newmarket. Annalise helped with the measurements and frame selection for my glasses and I couldn't be more pleased. I am an indecisive shopper so her patience was of utmost help. Jennifer carried out my eye tests and although I was slow to answer questions, she still managed to work fast and maintain her patience. OPSM Newmarket is definitely my new place for eye care!

I can't recommend Bridget enough. I had a delightful experience on Saturday at OPSM New Market . It really matters which shop you go to. I've been trying to get some new glasses for 6months now. I've experienced assistants that have been rude not interested, making you feel silly and so much more. Nearly given up totally, when I thought I'd try one more time. Went to NM shop and what a wonderful experience I had. Hence I found some lovely frames and lenses. Bridget made me feel so special and explained everything to me in detail . Thank you so much Bridget!
