Staff were fantastic and were able to find me a pair of fabulous new sunglasses when the frames of my old pair were unable to be used because my prescription had changed. I am SO happy with the result and my new driving glasses are also fabulous. I was so impressed with this store that I bought my husband with me when I collected my glasses and arranged for him to be tested and purchase a new pair of glasses also. Staff fitted him in without an appointment on a Friday afternoon which was very much appreciated.

Such great service. I had let the team know that I needed to leave my eye test appointment quickly as I had another appointment I needed to make. When I arrived, every staff member that I dealt with knew my needs and did their best to support my request. As usual, eye test, super professional.

Highly recommended! Excellent customer service, advanced equipment and lots of glass frame to choose. Really appreciate that Natalie spent an hour or even more to help me pick the glass frames that I want and explain to me the difference between different types of lens and coating! Everyone was really patient and friendly :)
