y.Bought a prescription frames few weeks back. The service was really good. Nikita patiently helped me with payment for the frame 20 minutes after closing hours and really exceptional customer service. Highly recommended.
S.I booked a routine eye exam and was greeted by professional, friendly staff. Throughout the appointment the staff were approachable and explained everything in a way I understood. M.We went in after 5pm with my kids glasses broken in 3 ways, unsure if it could be fixed. The first repair solution was a bust so they were to be sent Away.
So we went for a sushi dinner in the food court. And got a phone call to say they'd tried again and they were done!
The entire staff were friendly, helpful, and didn't look annoyed while my children attempted to try on 50 pairs of frames. I'd felt really guilty leaving our old optometrists of over 30 years (and my parents before that) but this service is crazy good.
Z.Amazing team, had my eyes tested by friendly optometrist and they set me up with a clear pair of new Tiffany & Co glasses and then some prescription Tiffany & Co sunglasses at half price! They even offered to put part of the cost on an intrest free plan which helped with finances. Best glasses ever.. won't go anywhere else now.
J.Absolutely awesome service!! I went in with broken frames the guy there fixed it with a charge of a 'high five'. Went back to make my glasses there because the service was so good, the glasses were worth all the money I paid and loved my new vision.
d.Needed an eye test. been a bit dodgy and needed to go for a update on my driver's licence ( ltsa visual tests are useless ) so got that there at the same time all worked out good. worth the money
