Reviews of OPSM St Lukes
S.Ryan was really patient and showed me a variety of frame styles to choose from. He gave his input whenever I asked him and was very accommodating throughout the frame selection process. He even allowed me to look at the frame he was wearing, which I ultimately ended up purchasing for myself. The range of brands and frames available at the St Lukes store is superior compared to the other OPSM stores I have visited and most of the staff are friendly and helpful. However, it can sometimes be challenging to get a staff member to attend to you as the store is usually quite busy.
S.Roberta was super patient and helpful — one of the screws of my sunglasses fell off and it was a bit challenging to fix as the lens was round and required multiple tries to put it in the right direction. Her kind helpful was really appreciated!!!

A.I'm a regular customer of OPSM and the service there is absolutely PERFECT. I was served by a young gentleman named Aiden and he saved my glasses after having far too many problems with the fit. If you need your glasses fixed please visit this store as he is excellent!
前.I went into OPSM St Luke's a few weeks ago to buy some lense cleaners.
Nikita was amazing in helping me not only get some lense cleaning liquid but she also tightened the screws on my glasses as they were a bit lose. She also mentioned to me about some kind of friends & family discount if I need to get new glasses.
5 stars for her service.
M.I had my first exprience with OPSM few months ago after a real bad experience with specsavers who left me without glasses for 6 weeks.
Nikita was my contact that day. I went to get a new sun glass. She let me know that I could get my frame from sunglass hut. She even came to see if the frame I like can hold my big numbered lenses when sunglass hut called for her check. She explained the whole process really well and also suggested for HD view which changed my whole life. Also for payment ease she suggested afterpay which I didn't know about and patiently she waited me to install the app and go through the process. That day I knew that I am an OPSM customer from now on.
Today I went for my second pair of sunglasses because there is an huge sale for prescription sunglasses. After Nikitas huge professional help in my first purchase, today I waited for her especially again. She was perfect again! Always smiles even end of the day, helpful and full of knowledge.
S.I visited this location of OPSM today and I have to say this I was really impressed by the professionalism as well as friendliness of the staff.
Jagdev the store manager was very helpful. Helped me a lot with choosing the right eyewear. Amit the optometrist was also friendly and knowledgeable.
Overall, really nice experience and helpful staff certainly recommend to anyone who is in need for a new glasses or just an eye test
h.It is such a pleasure to walk into the shop and see Nikita there. She is always so well presented, and always appears to have a good all round knowledge of the job. I was proud to take my colleague there who was also satisfied with the service she offered. It be a great loss to St Lukes should she leave the store.

L.Stylish brands of glasses and great customer service. My eye exam was detailed and unrushed. I have southern cross so was surprised to learn I had a free exam. Paid $30 and had a detailed scan of the back of my eye which was fascinating. Again, I was happy to learn that with southern cross I got 15% off my lenses.
I told the team I would write them this review because it’s the least I can do for the great service I received
J.Everyone was very friendly and listened to what I required and had my best interests at heart. The actual optometrist was so patient and excellent at explaining how to take out and put in contacts for the first time. A great experience highly recommend this store

P.The Eye checkup done was wonderful by their staff Amit Patel. I really liked the service. I highly recommend for eye checkup. They have designer frames but bit expensive.

L.The Indian Optometrist is extremely friendly and professional, patient and caring,I had tried several optometrist in the past,he is the best,best in the way he takes his time to make sure everything is okay for you as I came to do eye health check up and he took an hour to check everything is okay,I also can to get new prescription for my contact lenses,he let me tried different brand to make sure I get the right one and the right degree with great comfort,I get him 10/ 10 for his excellent customer service and his professional help, thanks a lot for making me feel happy and satisfied
