S.Yesterday had some serious issues with my glasses, and with only one pair of glasses without any backup, went to my 'usual' optometry forever Specsavers in westcity mall, but was so disappointed with their over commercial approach and trying to score more sales, and selling other things to me that I did not need was really upsetting in a moment when I needed help most, and put me off so much that I left the shop and straight into OPSM explained them my problem even thought the frame was not purchased from them clearly. But under 30min they sorted me out with new frame, I was able to see again clearly and I am going back for another pair of glasses to them.
Aarti was serving me at OPSM westcity, was so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable she knew exactly what she was doing and glad that I went to her.Aarti you are the best.thanks for sorting me out.

C.Some of the best customer service I have ever received in New Zealand. This branch in particular is amazing. Their opticians are VERY PATIENT and will answer any and all of your questions. They will take the time to explain to you everything about your eye's health and the prescription they are suggesting. The friendly staff in the store will also help you out with picking the best frame for your price range and facial features and will also explain in detail all the options for the lenses. They are always friendly and have a deep technical understanding of the product unlike most retail stores in this country. I felt like I was able to make a very informed and confident decision after their guidance. I highly recommend this store for your optical needs. 👍

V.I went to Westfield mall to meet a friend and as I entered from level 3 parking I saw OPSM. I had to get new glasses but couldn't find the colour/style of frame I wanted. Just to try I went there. Geeta greeted me with smile and asked for my choice and preferences for a frame. This branch has a good variety of different brands and Geeta was amazing and picked only those colours that could go with my skin tone. Much appreciate your help Geeta, it took me 5 minutes to decide as compared to hours I spent in stores across central city. Thank you 😊!
