K.Simply the best staff and service. We are visiting from Canada and had 2 pairs of broken glasses.
When I took the first pair in, the Manager ran out of the store following the Frames Salesman who had just left the store and brought him back to look at my frames. A replacement was organized, under warranty, and the glasses repaired at absolutely no cost. When I took in the second, back up pair, which had been sat or stood on, they again repaired the glasses at no cost. We are not regular customers, but the service was outstanding and the staff extremely professional and friendly.
We are telling everyone we know where they should shop for their eyewear. Thank you!

R.Pleasantly surprised by the great service from Helen. Front counter staff are also helpful and very nice to deal with. The clinic itself is very pleasant to be in and it's located nice and centrally in Orewa. Perfect place to go if you need high quality service!
I can't say anything about pricing as it was my first time going to an optometrist so I do not know what prices elsewhere are like, my rating is on the service I received.

She did a very thorough eye examination for me and invited me to ask any questions about any concerns that I might have. All in all I came out feeling that I could really trust the service that was provided.

I have been blown away with the time and care Petra has put into sorting out my vision requirements. I highly recommend Orewa Optics for the best possible results. Your life is riding on your tyres when travelling in your car - but your 'day to day' life is totally dependent on the correct vision to avoid falls [which in my case is vital because I am 9/10 disabled].
