The staff are fantastic and very helpful. Every time I have an issue with my glasses or sunglasses they are happy ro help.
With kids who like to lose or break my glasses, it's so handy to have a service like this.

D.I took a pair of vintage Versace sunglasses to them which were in a hell of a state. The UV coat was peeling off. I was told by other places that there was nothing anybody could do To fix this issue. But these guys were like “no we can definitely do something” !! Two days later they have fixed the issue completely the glasses look absolutely amazing I’m so stoked. I was blown away by the results they didn’t just fix the issue with the peeling UV lens they also clearly cleaned the whole glasses gave them a polish they look like mint condition!! I can’t recommend these guys enough absolute five star service! Highly highly recommend!! such a great experience thank you so much.

D. W.Definitely 5 star service, save my vision during summer. I worked on construction site before Xmas and broken hinges and also there was some pvc glue on my glass. Fully repaired, crystal clean glasses and adjusted the nose support. So professional 👏

And what I just couldn't believe is that they did not charge a cent for their work. I did feel very awkward about receiving a free service and clarified this a few times - but they were dead sure about the free service. I have never seen this before - someone not charging money for their labour and time. Sincerely pray that you keep flourishing in your business. H.I accidentally had a nap on my glass and decently bent them and in the process of trying to bend them back my self sheared one of the tiny screws that holds the frame together and the lens came out, all this a week before graduation so I had no time to order a new pair, took them to SOS the next day and in about ~10 minutes they had realigned the glasses, replaced the screw and places the lens back in, all for no charge. Fantastic service, will be recommending this place to everyone in my life that wears glasses. A+

I snapped the arm off my plastic frame and although they were not able to fix it (not worth it), they helped me pick out a similar frame and cut my existing lenses to fit in under an hour. No other place was able to do this. The price was also very very reasonable for the new frame and cutting ($60). Would definitely come here again when my glasses break and would highly recommend to my friends and family.

Since the lenses were still perfectly good, they helped me pick out a frame and fitted the lenses in less than 45 minutes at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

B.Absolutely stunning service, went in at 4:20pm to replace a scuffed glass lense, ended up replacing both lenses for $90 as my prescription changed on the other eye anyway, walked out at 4:50pm with my beloved glasses fully functional. Fast, friendly and well priced service, thank God I didn't go with specsavers, quoted me $60 per lense with an estimated one week wait time.

C.Using my partners email but - went to this place to get my glasses fixed after i had an accident and they were bent the wrong way round! only students will understand, but i had $50 and it was picking between going to the doctors and getting these poor shades fixed haha! the lady at reception was amazing, getting them bent back to place had potential of breaking them. the guy that fixed them did an amazing job and on top of that did it for free!!!, so i could afford the doctors too!! lol. I also wanted to mention that while waiting in line there was a lady in front of me that spoke near to no english and the receptionist was so patient with understanding what she wanted, a little inspiration to my character i think haha!! keep up the awesome work guys, was a generous highlight of my day <3 :)

They don't have fancy office, staff don't dress up fancy uniform, they offer high quality repair work, sunglasses, glass and prescription glass etc. Here is example, replace a pair of standard lens may cost $240 at glass store, sos charges $130 offering ultra thin lens. K. C.Metal bar snapped inside hinge of glasses. Went first to franchise opticians. Said would be two week turnaround because ‘Christmas’. They did suggest SOS as alternative but thought they’d probably give me a different arm.... Went to SOS, said no problem to fix, no need for new arm, gave next day as pick up. I went home and a wee while later got text to say all fixed and ready. Good as new within two HOURS. For half of price quoted by other opticians. I have no spares so they pretty much saved my Christmas. EXCELLENT SERVICE.

S. R.Wow, just wow! What an impressive place. A nose pad on my sunglasses had fallen off and the other nose pad was close to falling off as well. SOS were extremely helpful and in just a few minutes they'd put new, much better nose pads on - they are now much more securely in place. SOS also replaced the nose pads on another pair of sunglasses I had, which were also a little loose. The price was incredibly low as well!
I will be recommending SOS to anyone needing any kind of glasses repairs. These guys rock.

Within a day they managed to weld the hook back on without leaving a trace that it was broken or repaired; their workmanship is absolutely superb. S.A nose pad arm fell off my glasses when another optometrist tried to adjust them (at my risk) - I brought them into SOS Eyewear on Monday morning and they were able to weld it back on for only $30 and within 1.5 hours, and helped me further adjust my glasses until they were comfortable. For comparison, I first went to a local jewellers and they quoted me $55 and would have taken another day as their technician wasn't in that day. I'm extremely impressed by SOS Eyewear's efficiency and expertise!
