C.My teen has received her (two) new glasses just this evening. From the telephone booking to now, the service has been exceptional. Teen had her first comprehensive test just before school kicked off. With a well-explained recommendation, selection and fitting process, left with no hidden costs and all questions answered. Specsavers also helped complete an application to Enable NZ for partial funding. Special thanks to Victoria, Elena and Tash. I'm so grateful my daughter's sight has been investigated and then treated with the right solutions with great care and professionalism. Thank you Manukau Specsavers

S.I had a lovely experience the other day in specsavers! I was looking for a new pair of glasses and a lady named Jessica helped me tremendously to find a fitting pair, she was very lovely and patient. Very helpful staff and wide range.
S.Friendly staff who got me to take a contact lens trial without booking an appointment or having to pay anything because they wanted to help me out. They even gave me a quick eye test after and gave me great advice for the next prescription. Even better yet one of their members noticed I worked in the mall also and they told one of my fellow co workers that they said hi. Super sweet!

J.Specsavers Manukau has very hard working staff, each and every one of these staff members try their very best to help you. This store is extremely busy especially on weekends and there has always been wait times but the service makes up for this. They have cleaned glasses which weren't from specsavers and even taken time to find missing arms for glasses when the glasses were from another optometrist. They always serve you with a friendly face and smile. Awesome store !
z.This is a really busy store and all the staff are very kind and patient to serve customers with work enthusiasm. The store owner and manager are humble, like to hear all the voices and improve service. They can consider on customer stand and always try their best to solve problems to meet customers need.

周.Because of the hasty judgement from staff, my 6 years old sons glasses were remade and we had to waiting for longer time which should have been avoided. I complained to the manager. Unexpectedly he is such a kind and humble man, he was listening and tried his best keeping touch with the workshop. Finally, the remade glassed came back earlier and he delivered to my home by himself. I am very appreciated. The five stars I give to the manager and because of him , I believe this store will grow up and improve in all areas to get better and better. Thanks to the manager again and all the best to this stores future.
R.Jono the optometrist was very good with helping me finding the right prescription for me and he talked very much with respect till the end he made sure my prescription was right for me. Very much would recommend Jono for anyone to have they eyes checked by.
Pia helped choose my glasses the frame and she ordered it for me and he arrived in 3 working business days which was amazing service.
Tori has helped me fit my glasses and explained everything clearly that i need to know about caring for my glasses and what warranty comes with it. Excellent service ( i didnt have an appointment for fitting) i was told evening before i can come in and wait by another customer service person as soon as i walked in the Manager of the store got me seen by Tri as soon as possible.. amazing service from Team Speecsavers Manukau 😊 very happy customer
A.I have had an awesome experience with the folks at Manukau Specsavers. I dealt with a few ladies and their names were, Celine, KIA, Toei-Lee & Alofa. I recommend this place to anyone who needs glasses. The customer service focus of these workers were totally beautiful!!
F.It has taken me over 20 years to have my eyes tested, due to finances and not wanting to be ripped off. A friend of mine had a bad experience with another Optometrist, so I was not keen. My last eyetest was in the 1990s with my faithful Optometrist in Victoria St, Akl City. He no longer operates so I was was not swayed at all! It was only through a request from work that I decided to 'just do it'! I am soooo glad that I did!!!
Specsavers Manukau, wow! What fantastic service!! From booking my appointment online, their customer service call, to the pre-check with Monique, actual check with Optometrist Jonathan (sorry for crying during the test!) Finally with lovely Pia whom completed frames/fitting/quote for me... Pia was lovely, helpful and ensured that I understood the process clearly. The best crew!!

D.Went in for my eye test today in the manukau store and the staff were very proffesional and kind. Karuna has excellent customer service and was able to help me navigate through differents frames and recomendations as i having trouble choosing which glasses i wanted, even shared a few stories on sibilings as well thank you so much Karuna would highly recommend.

연.I visited specsavers Manukau today for eye health check as an AA member. A receptionist, assistant and optometrist all staff are so friendly, professional and work so hard to help me. Thank you so much Chee Seang to check all the test for my eyes! I'm so happy with the result and service here:)
