s.The staff were all super friendly and very helpful. They were more than happy to answer any questions i had and the optometrist explained everything to me very clearly. Both staff members who helped with my frames were amazing, gave me helpful advice and helped me choose frames that would suit my face. Was a very pleasant and stress free experience for my first time doing this.
Z.Ravi was AMAZINGLY helpful today for finding me some frames. His customer service was 10/10 and was super happy to help even though I spent 2 hours choosing. Unfortunately he missed my sale by another salesperson, but I wanted to make sure Ravi got recognition for being so lovely today.
N.The team was really attentive towards my needs and helped me as best as they could. Hasnita was very insightful and knowledgeable in terms of different frames and allowed me find just what I needed. Highly recommend!

K.Wonderful service. Such a great team, they offered me contact lenses so I could see the glasses I was trying on...fantastic. I had to bring my small children unavoidably and they were super accommodating and had stickers and colouring in for my toddler. Stephen's care was awesome , he managed to find 4 pairs that I loved ...a big deal as usually I am lucky if I find one pair that suits my face. Really knows his stuff.

V.Superb customer service from no less than 5 people over the course of an eye test and choosing glasses. I wasn’t pressured into going for additional coatings, or having to get the most expensive frames, but shown (with plenty of patience by the floor staff since I am very particular!) a great range of exactly the kind of style I wanted. The optometrist was thorough and the shop and equipment very clean and of a high standard. My prior experiences at rival places were less than stellar so I approached this with a certain degree of trepidation, and was blown away with the friendly yet efficient and professional service. L.Such a great team, customer service is second to none. Great optometrist, very friendly lady who helped me pick my frames. When I came back to collect them I was 15 mins early but they got me straight in to have my frames fitted the guy dealing with me was super helpful and informative. Sorry I didn't get anyone names but you guys are doing a great job. Highly recommended!
A.Fantastic service. This place runs like a well oiled machine with hardly any waiting around. My optometrist Asra was awesome - felt like I was being seen by a total expert who explained things as she went! All the staff were very friendly and professional - including the nice lady who did that darn puffer test :)

R.Very helpful and friendly. Taking advice from a staff member to purchase higher priced eye frames was a good choice considering a friend of mine bought cheap ones and it broke in less than a year. I got polarised sunglasses too which was worth it. Better quality should last a few years.
