As a new customer, I recently had my eyes tested at this store - Loklam the optometrist was excellent. I have been back a couple of times, to have slight adjustments made to my glasses, and have really appreciated both Nicole and Jessica. Nothing has been a problem for them - they are both so accomodating, unhurried, friendly and professional. So awesome.....Thank You!

Optometrist Loklam Chan treated us very well and the store staff made it a pleasant and enjoyable experience. We got our eyes tested and got tips and advice on how to look after our eyes! They had a great range of glasses and sunnies too. Will definitely be back again.

Booking the eye exam online was quick and easy, the eye exam was very thorough and things explained very well to me, getting the frames and getting fitted was really good and recommendations made that was really helpful, picking up the glasses was great and fitted perfectly.Can see better now and look good to, Thanks.

Went to the Specsavers located inside the foyer of The Warehouse which was a very handy location for me. I saw Loklam Chan who examined my eyes and sorted me out with contacts and glasses. Overall a great experience.

The optometrist was very skilled and did my eye exam so quickly and painlessly. He explained the situation really well. Would recommend 10/10

Super friendly and professional team. Lokman (optometrist) was very patient and thorough with the eye examination. He took time to explain individual procedures and outcome of the assessment. Highly recommended.

Amazing service. Nicole really helped me as I was struggling a lot and just made me feel like it was easy to choose and provided me with great service - as sometimes choosing glasses can be such a hassle

I only just found out that we now have a local Specsavers in our area and I was stoked! Had my eye exam and was extremely happy at how welcoming and smart the staff are. Eye scanning went without a hitch and the lady who assisted me was really lovely. Had my other tests with Loklam, and I couldn't be happier! Everything was explained well, suggestions and advises were given to suit my particular needs, all my questions were answered too. Didn't feel like the whole appointment was being rushed and finished just for the sake of it. Overall my visit felt really personal rather than transactional which is always a plus when you're getting yourself examined by professionals. AAA+ would highly recommend!

Had a lovely experience at the new Mt Wellington Specsavers store. Loklam provided a professional, comprehensive and personalised eye examination that answered all my questions. Jess was also great as she helped me out with the frame choices that would suit my face. Great team of professionals that tended to all my needs. 10/10 would recommend for anyone wanting a quality service.

Lok Lam and Nicole are just fabulous. So helpful and professional. Pleasure to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. I have been dealing with optometrists for over 20 years and this has by far been my best experience.

Walked in earlier today looking to replace my broken & outdated frame, did not expect such great and professional service. My old store is a part of a busy mall with parking always an issue however the new development here made this a very convenient trip. Would recommend.

I had Lok Lam as my optician. He was fantastic and very clear and concise about what was happening the entire time. Note that all the high tech eye testing equipment left me feeling well looked after and in safe hands for my overall eye health.

Big thanks for the exceptional service today with the optometrist dont remember his name , Albert and Nicole who helped me get my glasses ordered as soon as possible, I did not have to wait today and felt like I was treated with special care. Looking forward to picking up my glasses soon.

First time at the new Lunn Ave Specsavers after emigrating from another clinic. Was very easy, Optometrist and Jessica were efficient and polite. New glasses arrived quickly. Il be back.

I bring the childran in for an examination after letter from the school. This specsaver has optimst that see childran, eye doctor was good and did very nice cehckup and happy to know she doesn't need the eye glasses. God costumer service thanks you!
