K.Dealt with Wilson Laufili at Papakura branch when picking out glasses for my daughter. Very customer focused, patient and great advice given. From picking the frames to fitting the finished product, we got great service the whole way through and Wilson involved my daughter in every conversation instead of just talking to me, the experience was perfect.
S.The team at Specsavers Papakura are always, professional, helpful and friendly. I had dry eyes, it can be caused by too much screen time (due to lockdown) and I felt reassured and taken care of. I knew my eyes would recover because of the service and care I was given. I highly recommend you get all of you eye sight needs taken care of by the team at Specsavers Papakura.
N.SpecSavers Papakura is my go to Optometrist of choice. Ms Cahill and her team are always available and happy to help and provide me with professional and well thought out advice. I have been a satisfied customer for more than five years now. Their recommendations have helped me choose the most appropriate eyewear which has been of invaluable assistance particularly during the lockdowns and working from home. I cannot recommend them highly enough. May their tribe increase.

V.Wonderful experience in store. Very helpful staff. Priya and Dhruv were excellent. However, Wilson, your customer service over the top mate, brilliant work. Short staffed but couldn't feel that at all. Well done.
P.I was initially put off coming into this store as I had noticed some negative google reviews however it is close to work so I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. I am so glad I did! I'm not sure if the store has undergone a change of management or if the previous reviews are simply from people who perhaps might be a little sensitive. I had a wonderful experience from the moment I telephoned to the moment I left the store. I was squeezed in to see an optometrist even during their busy xmas period and was seen within 24 hours of making the initial phone call. When I arrived the staff member was helpful and attentive and ensured I was seen straight away. The optometrist was helpful and thorough and really ensured my eye health was as good as possible even offering some advice to make life a little easier. He also helped me pick the perfect contacts after months of trial and error. The store assistant then helped me to pick the perfect frames with my budget and needs in mind, she wasn't pushy and took her time suggesting the best frames to suit me which I was really grateful for. Overall, I was really impressed and so glad I gave this store a chance! Would definitely recommend - what a lovely group of people.
M.Not sure why it has received low reviews in the past, however my experience was just great this month. It must be under new management or something. Particularly Alisha was the most helpful person. All staff were friendly and the service and pricing is the best in town. You are missing out if you live in Papakura and are not availing service from this branch. Highly recommend.
D.Had a great experience in this store a month ago. Jen was really knowledgeable, friendly and calm with me. I was quite worried about my vision and she talked me through what was going to happen with my time at Specsavers. Would highly recommend seeing Jen in the store, the glasses I have are brilliant and my family are full of compliments especially the wife! They also had a good offer on glasses so i got 2 glasses i leave one pair by the sofa for tv and the other pair in my car for driving. thanks heaps you've made an old man happy
S.My mum was extremely satisfied with the service, especially from the Amy. She was very kind and professional, found issues on the eyes other optometrist couldn't find, so we were able to take actions faster. We want to thank Amy again 😊
C.The women in the front of the shop were lovely and the optometrist could not have been more polite. It is a warm atmosphere. There was enthusiastic assistance with selection of glasses and I have walked away with a grand pair of spectacles. They were expensive but I did have a complex prescription.
