I had Victor serve me the other day at the store and he helped me pop my lenses back in and cleaned my frames thoroughly too. He also helped to tighten my glasses and made sure that they were adjusted properly as the previous place I was at didn’t do a very good job. Very lovely guy who definitely serves his customers with care and kindness! All sales assistant should be like Victor.

I had a great experience at Specsavers Sylvia Park. I was helped by a staff member, Victor. Victor was really helpful in guiding me to choose the right style of frame which were comfortable and also suited the size of my face. He also helped choose the correct style of lens which suited my needs. His communication was open and transparent which made dealing with very easy and simple. Would 100% recommend this store and ask for Victor, he'll help you out.

I visited the store recently and was served by Victor. His customer service was exceptional, this was my first time getting glasses for myself and I wasn’t overly confident in my image wearing glasses. However, he helped me choose frames that made me feel comfortable and stylish which I really appreciated. I usually go to another place to get my glasses but I recently lost a pair and wasn't super happy with the service I had been getting elsewhere. Visited Specsavers for the first time yesterday to have a look at potential frames and wasn't sure if I was going to commit until I met Victor. He answered every question I had and made the whole process super easy. I know I'm due for one, but I wasn't prepared to book an eye test and order some glasses at the time (I honestly thought I'd just pop in for a browse and wouldn't talk to anyone) but I'll definitely be doing that sometime in the near future thanks to Victor's great customer service :-)

I was really struggling to pick the perfect frame and one of the employees called “Victor” helped me so well. He was so patient and so nice! He worried more about the customer and helped me too choose what will actually look nice on me rather then just worrying about the sale! I’m very impressed with this store and only have positive things to say about it. From the staff manning the floor through to the optometrists, managers to the post appointment service, everybody is really sharp, attentive and on their game. With each step all staff I encountered take genuine ownership of the customer and their best interest. I think these folks really must like what they do cos it’s genuinely reflected in how they threat people - and that comment is reflected in all staff I have encountered at all levels. Things do run with efficiency as you work through the process, but I can say with confidence the tests are as comprehensive and thorough as any other optometrist I’ve ever been to (over the past 25 years) and they will absolutely on all occasions take the time you need to go over things if your not sure about something or have questions or uncertainties. Ample range of frames - and solid tiered options for those on a budget. And of course as with all spec savers, they’re true to their name with excellent value if you’re getting either 1 or 2 pairs, even with variance to the lenses in each pair. I had some post sales concerns with one of my pairs, and again, extraordinary staff response, thoroughly honouring their post sales commitment to ensure as a customer I was completely satisfied. And that I am! I will gladly recommend as well as return to this very well managed and well staffed store.

I went to see one of the optometrists there (her name is Sue) last year and she saved my vision!!! She literally SAVED ME! I had retinal detachment in one eye which is considered an emergency. She referred me to Greenlane eye clinic immediately. The ophthalmologists at Greenlane couldn’t figure it out after examining my retina and insisted it wasn’t retinal detachment. The next day, after 4 HOURS of assessment, they FINALLY realised that it was in fact retinal detachment. Sue the optometrist knew this within the first like 15mins of examination. She’s so experienced and knowledgeable (she used to be a eye surgeon herself I believe), and if it wasn’t for her and the urgent referral she did, I would’ve not had the surgery in time to restore my vision. I was so close to losing my vision and it was the scariest time of my life, but a little bit over a year today, I still have 20/20 vision in the affected eye and able to live my life normally. I couldn’t thank Sue enough!!!

Made an appointment. Got a call about an hour before my appointment, saying I could come in earlier if I wanted, as there were a few cancellations that day. So I went in earlier. Waited 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged I was there waiting. Then I waited more as they were "running behind schedule". However, the optometrist was very professional and knowledgeable. Although front of house is bad, the professional service was very good.

The optometrist was amazing taking me through my first eye exam ever, and took the time to clearly explain lens options available that would suit my lifestyle and requirements. I was well prepared having selected a few frame options online to look at in store, and the sales consultant who looked after me for the fitting went to the trouble of showing additional options in addition to those I'd highlighted to suit my face and taste, taking the time to allow me to try on and eliminate what felt like 20 pairs till I found the "one" The consultant was thorough, honest and focused on me getting the right pair for me, and really invested the time and effort to insure this for me : o) I was lucky enough to be offered the deal to beat all deals, and the overall experience has me one happy customer! Henry the optometrist was just lovely and talked me through all components of my annual eye test. It is always a gamble with any glasses place as to whether you get hounded by salespeople on the way out but I escaped unbothered and will be back next year to see Henry for sure!

Visited specsavers sylvia park branch today. My experience was quite different from the other reviewers. Staffs were really friendly and especially the optometrist I talked to was really lovely. She performed lots of different exams and talked through in a very steady and nice manner. At the end of the consultation she explained the results in simple terms and the further treatment options for me to choose from. I agree with the prices of the glasses were a bit expensive but they had some in the affordable ranges. Will happily visit again and will recommend to friends and family.
