Missy was very helpful and she goes out of her way to provide excellent customer service to her clients. We have been with Vision Centre New Lynn for approx 4 years now for the quality of frames and lenses, excellent eye testing and Missy's customer service. I was really impressed - Tommy was very thorough and very patient, taking the time to talk me through things and to explain my options. Missy was also really helpful with choosing some glasses and helping price up options. I'd definitely recommend Vision Centre Lynnmall.

Had an eye assessment and consultation today at vision centre, the optometrist was very skilled and knowledgeable with the advice and care she provided. The assistance and customer service from staff helping me to choose my frames and other necessary items were excellent. Payment plan and options in store available. Great friendly atmosphere.

Lynn mall Vision centre , you have a young lady who served me and my father during my visit to the store who goes by the name Missy . She was extremely well mannered had a great sense of humor & was very welcoming. The exceptional customer service this young lady had shown me and my father. We need more people like her working at stores and making us leave very satisfied . She had a huge smile when we walked in and her smile stayed bright and beautiful till we walked out . So thank you to Missy very much . Very satisfied experience with Missy . Great worker . Wonderful person .

My Hubby and I both needed an eye exam and new specs, so went along to vision care New Lynn. There Optometrist Christine was so thorough,we both felt very confident that we had a really good exam, followed up with Paula who looked after us really well with with her lens knowledge and friendly professional manner. I would highly recommend a visit there if you are in need of any eye care.

Thank you Missy for your exceptional customer service. Your advice in going in for anti- fatigue and anti- reflection lenses for Savio and in choosing right frames styles to suit our personalities showed your love towards your job and how passionate you are in making the customer feel valued and important. We came in only for Savio’s glasses and ended up getting glasses for my daughter and myself. Olivia and Kylie were great at conducting the eye examination too. Best Optometrists in Auckland, I have tried a lot of the others but Vision Centre really stood out for me because of their care and advice. They really seem to have the time for you as opposed to rushing you out. They also have really affordable quality frames with a wide range of choices. Highly recommend.

Fast delivery of glasses , if you want to buy voucher check first what services you need otherwise you will be paying extra. Missourie was good at customer service. Optician has good knowledge.
