I went in to see if I could get new frames for my sunglasses since they got broken. Tyler was very nice and fixed my sunglasses which I wasn't sure if he could fix. Really happy with the customer service from Tyler :)

Great service from all staff. It is a busy store and poping in to make an appointment might be the best option. My wife got 2 pair of really nice sunglass prescriptions for $376 with 1 pair being polarized from Shirley specsavers and I recently paid over $700 for my 1 pair from my optometrists of 30 years. Who's the silly fool then ? Me, but not any longer.

Went in to get my eyes checked and also for my contact lenses prescription. A very busy store with friendly front staffs! I was seen by Shawn Tai, a pleasant, smiley, highly professional, thorough and polite optometrist. It was definitely one of the best experiences that I've had in NZ. What a beautiful team of humans! All the staff were wonderful to deal with! I came in on a Sunday when things were a bit quieter which I prefer - and they were all so friendly and helpful especially when trying to pick glasses. Special mention to Estelle for the fantastic service and for delivering my glasses to my letter box in level 3! So greatful and will definitely be back for my optic needs, seeing again is something you can’t put into words. Thank you team - see you again when this lockdown is over to get my frames adjusted!

Big shout out to Specsavers at The Palms for replacing my broken glasses frames as soon as we got to Level 3.
My glasses broke on day 2 of lockdown while I was at work. I had to make do for 2 weeks.
Yesterday they came and safely picked them up from me at my essential workplace and today allowed me to pick up new frames with my original lenses in.
So grateful, amazed and relieved.
Glad I go to Specsavers.

Just picked up my new glasses. I think there maybe room to improve the phone answering but the exceptional service I got out weighs that completely. I specifically needed glasses for using with my camera and Meghan understood my requirements perfectly. When I picked up the glasses, all the young team there were so friendly and cheerful, they really seemed happy working there. The glasses were absolutely perfect for my purpose, I needed them in a hurry for an overseas trip and they arrived well before my deadline. I'll be back soon.

I did not have a problem and thought the staff and service was very good when I got there for my appointment and subsequent fitting, but had to ring several times before I got through and no-one returned my calls as per the promise made on the answer phone message.
I am now trying to make an appointment for another person and am having the same problems, ie; no-one answering the phone or returning my call as the answer phone message advises to do. I see that previous reviewers have had the same problem.. Get your act together Specsavers, employ additional staff or change the systems, or lose business, your going to certainly lose mine if I can't get some satisfaction by the end of today. Have some respect for your customers !

I dropped in to book an eye test and was pleased to find they could see me right away. The representatives delivered an excellent customer service experience. Waiting between tests was minimal.
I would recommend that they might also offer to send the perscription details and image of the eye to the patient's email address, and that they might offer to measure my PD as well, as I had said I was planning to order glasses online.
The optometrist was very good, and went above and beyond to make sure I understood the details of my eye's condition. He was happy to answer any questions I had.
Overall a comprehensive service delivered by a knowledgable and caring team; would recommend.

Friendly staff and similar prices to the UK so nothing, too, shocking when I got the bill. The shop seemed quite disorganised in it's operation. My appointment was ran about 40 minutes late as did the appointment times of quite a few others. Good information from the optometrist.
