S.These wonderful people are amazing. When here I always feel like they go the extra mile. I had to get my partners glasses fixed while he slept as he works night shift. They got them sorted 10-15min I'm just so pleased.
C.Came in today to have my currently glasses rubber nose pieces replaced, and to book an appointment, was able to be seen by John straight away. Super friendly staff, and very helpful. Reasonable prices too, for a new frame, eye test and lenses cost $229.
M.Very friendly place. Excellent eye exam. Prices are very reasonable, in fact the best I found between Invercargill to Gore to Dunedin. I highly recommend them.
M.I used to go to "That Cheap Optometrist" (I think you will know which I'm talking about) because, well, they were cheap! But I recently had a bad experience with them giving the wrong prescription and fit contacts then the contacts taking about 6 weeks to arrive and the contacts ... etc.
So recently I decided to try one of the other Optometrists in town, I went to a number of place just looking at the frames and ultimately chose Bridgman & Dean because they had a pair that I liked. What I didn't expect was the amazing service that I got! All the staff were really nice and friendly. The optometrist really took his time with me to get the right fitting contacts and they feel amazing (like I'm not even wearing any). Overall I felt that I was in good hands, kind of like when you find a really good family doctor.
