M.Outstanding customer service. While having my mother's glasses repaired (done while I waited) Peter noticed that my own glasses needed a repair also. He fixed them On the spot also and gave them a clean even though he is not my optometrist. A big thumbs up and thank you from me as this degree of customer service is sadly becoming rare these days.

F.Knowledgeably and efficiently helped us with a minor eye-related emergency during our New Zealand tourist trip last year, although we had no booked appointment and basically just stumbled upon their office. Didn't even charge us. Nicest bunch ever.
