B.Easily the best customer service experience I've had. In the process of getting new glasses I spoke to multiple employees and every one of them were helpful, patient, and all around incredible.
The employee I had the most contact with would be John, who was excellent. Each time I came in, I was greeted with a wave or smile, and even though I imagine dozens of people come in a day, I was still remembered by name.
I never felt confused or unsure, the explanations were clear and concise. Even though getting glasses can be a potentially lengthy experience, each step of the way the people at OPSM helped me understand the different options, and I am thoroughly satisfied with the end product I have received.
I will sing the praises of OPSM Chartwell and the employees (Especially John) til the day I die.

C.I had such a great experience yesterday at my eye appt. OPSM have always been consistently great to me over the years and it is why I keep going back again and again! They know their stuff and the customer service is always 10/10. I was feeling pretty low yesterday but the awesome staff at Chartwell OPSM really helped lift me up just by being kind, knowledgeable and understanding.

I.Served by store manager Chloe and I have to say she is extremely helpful and professional. Has been very patient when she was answering all my questions and strongly suggest you to visit store if you do consider glass as not only an ordinary eye wear but part of the fashion. Well done.
