My experience to Specsavers Te Rapa was so pleasant. I found the store very well managed under Covid 19. The store is very spacious. The staff were professional, welcoming and very patient. 10/10 for service.

Fantastic service from the manager Leigh. Fitted me in to help me with my glasses that where hurting my ears. Even gave me some spray and cloth at no charge. Was super chirpy and helpful! Thanks again.

On 26/05/19 we visited Spec Savers as little one's set of glasses had a broken arm. Was not expecting much & even suspected that a new set of frames would be required, however the young man that helped went out of his way to find a similar set of frames, then fixed the broken arm. As we went to pay he shook his head and said that there was no need and that he was happy to help. Absolutely stoked with his top notch customer service & would happily recommend this branch to others. Thanks guys!

Just been into the te rapa store today to choose my pair of glasses. Lily helped me she was amazing and new her prodcut really well. She know exactly what suited and didn't defenitly reccomend lily to anyone who is wanting help with choosing glasses. She is also really friendly.

A really good service buying glasses. They help you choose them, they take measurements so that they know they will fit your face, and they adjust them to your face when they arrive in store and you collect. Great service and attention to detail.

Have recently purchased my 3rd set of glasses from Specsavers Hamilton branches. The first from Chartwell, the most recent two from The Base. Top service everytime from the throughly professional teams. The eye testing equipment is state of the art. Scripts are accurate and beneficial each time. Frame choices are wide and modern. My last visit 2 x weeks ago was a pleasurable experience being attended to by a friendly knowledgeable assistant who worked to get the best outcomes for me. 10 out of 10 Te Awa team!!

I damaged my frames on weekend, and the team of staff in the shop went out of their way to fix - without a charge! Keep up the great work.

I don't normally rate places but. But, I went to specsavers and had an eye examination by Cath, She was very clear about what was going on with my eyes with a very good explanation.
