S.Earlier this year I had an unfortunate experience with a previous optometrist company & was recommended to obtain a second opinion with Kerikeri Optometrists. I was very apprehensive but all my worries were erased by the professional caring examination, thorough explanation of options & recommendations. I’ve had my new glasses for 3 weeks now, very happy with the selected lenses, solving my problem & improving my vision. Thank you Sam, Jason, Kaz & team. I totally recommend Kerikeri Optometrists.
J.After experiencing a worrying condition called Vitreous detachment (not as serious as I thought) while on holiday I was pleasantly surprised to receive the best treatment from an Optometrist yet had. From the first phone call to try and get an Emergency appointment the next day (thank you Ruth) to the warm welcome when I arrived (thank you Janelle) and the professional assessment, testing and diagnoses by Anita I would place this practice as the best I've ever encountered. This is how all businesses should be run. Highly recommended

K.WOW! these girls are amazing. I saw Anita two years ago for an eye check up and for the first time in ten years actually got a pair of glasses that I liked and could see really well out of! Went in this week and have got some sunnies and my other glasses updated. Girls are so patient and helpful. Even let me take samples out with me to show my family so they could help me choose. Made me much more modern! cannot wait to get my new glasses. These guys are seriously great
J.Anita and the Team are wonderful! My daughter had hard lenses fitted which would correct her vision and now she only wears these lenses at night and every few days. She no longer has to wear contact lenses nor glasses during the day - WOW we are all over the moon!! Anita also went out of her way on Christmas Day and organised a new hard lens to be sent from Australia diverting a melt down after my daughter lost her lens Christmas morning. Over and above the call of duty. Thank you soooo much!!
